Well if it's 200 per person, that is not too bad.
But you do still have to pay for utilities I think, food, and other non important but still needed things.

Like video games.

That's what we think it is so far. It's a 3 bedroom place, kinda big. I've only seen the outside though, and I dunno if that's gonna be the final deal or not.

We may not even get it. :/

200/mnth is ridiculously good. No doubt you're gonna be paying for utilities and the like. Did it come with washer/dryer as well?

And yeah, there's really not much to pay for once you're out on your own.
-Rent
-Utility
-Gas
-Car Insurance
-Car payments (if any)
-Water
-Food
-Loans (if any)
-Whatever luxuries you get (internet, cable, etc)
-Phone

Then you have conditional things like car management (oil changes, yearly sticker updates, tires), but that's about it.

A single person can manage themselves even if the rent was about 300-400 a month (they'd just probably be living paycheck to paycheck). If there's 2 of you and you both have solid consistent jobs, it should be no problem at all.

Sounds pretty cool.

I rewatched the beginning of the fighting is magic stream on youtube. Still more or less unimpressed by anything. However, Applejack's head charge DID do a ton of damage whenever it landed. It should have super armor on it a la Bionic Arm.

Yeah neither of us have car payments or anything. My insurance is terrible though.

Just the two of us it's 300 each. We want to find another person to pay stuff, and Since's girlfriend might move in and get a job to help out too (she really just needs a place to go, but she'd be helping eventually).

And we have a friend who would be willing to move in, but a brony house would be so much more hype.

And I think it comes with a washer/dryer. :D

Twilight Sparkle better not be high tier cause that'd be another character I main that just happens to be high tier that I play horribly with.

Also Leaf, take into account to budgeting "more food"; We like to eat out a lot together

I'd totally let you.
And we can make bi-weekly trips to San Antonio. I'll have the money to do that.

UNLESS I beat K Prime in a week and move in with him.

Move in with me. I have a big closet/empty living room. Rent would only be $177 with 5 people.

4 people. Or closets? We have 3 mostly empty ones.

Wait, wrong number. $182, not $177. Washer/dryer included.

I love Texas, we rarely get any snow though, we have had a bad drought this year however. :/
