Anybody got any speculation as to why Dash is gray?

My guess is that Dischord appears and in typical Dash fashion she rushes at him/her like what she was going to do with Nightmare Moon, but Applejack held her back. When Dash gets close enough to Dischord he/she does something to possess Rainbow Dash making her evil hence why she's gray.

Which leads the others (maybe just Applejack or 2-3 of them) to capture Dash since she's needed to use the Elements of Harmony finisher move.

Where in those two images we see Applejack finally capturing her with her lasso.

As for spicy food, I don't care for it too much when it's too spicy.
What I consider to be acceptable levels of spicy for me I'm not certain.
The spiciest thing I remember having is a Blazin Wing or two from BWW.
