That's a real shame because some really good episodes come after Show Stoppers.

I was disappointed. I felt like the episode was created with a younger audience in mind. And even with that concern, shows like Arthur put in a more mature and creative bent to the theme than MLP did. Actually Sonic Rainboom and Show Stoppers have similar climaxes in that it they culminate into public presentations, however I found Sonic Rainboom highly enjoyable and Show Stoppers not so much.

Applebloom sucks IMO because her talents ain't got **** on Scootaloo's and Sweetie Belle. I mean Scootaloo is extreme (favorite CMC IMO) and Sweetie Belle can sing Gospel. Applebloom really has nothing to make her stand out that much anyways
