Haha, you're only one off from mine. Seeing you have all six mane ponies represented in your sig makes me wish that Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash had gifs of them waving their arms in some fashion as well, but I'll be able able to live since I have Applejack and Rarity.

Fluttershy literally has nothing, It's mostly just her being ***** by RD or humans WHILE RD or some other Pony is in the picture. (Or bad Anthro art)
For Pinkie she atleast has the Saloon Look in most of her pictures, Dat Flank, or Some bad pun of "What else did you think the Balloon cutie mark meant?" in her images.

The only pony that I know comes from an egg is Ponyta, so Twilight is the only character that you can really argue for.
