I remember someone requesting that in his stream, as i've stated a trillion times in the xat though.
He draws fast and goes through atleast 40-110 requests in the 6-14 hours of streaming. (Yes, he streams that long)
But he almost Never colors and the only ones he ever finishes completely are ones that're NSFW by adding nipples or vaj once he's done with streaming. Even then he still doesn't color and some of the recent requests are randoms coloring it.

Batman TAS Joker > Dark Knight Joker, but only by a smidgen.
Dark Knight Joker was very different, and it rubbed me the wrong way.

However, Jack's Joker in the original Batman is probably the best rendition of Joker I've ever seen.
