He doesn't really need to be able to dash, outside his need to avoid teleport users (although I found haggar assist very handy for those). His shield parry thingo is pretty flexible for timing unlike other counters. Gives plenty of time to set up, and start camping again. Need I say it again. Armour + xfactor. Each lance toss is like hurling a sentinel at someone.

Probably after a couple of months of tournament results.

I do know that characters like Dante sentinel Wesker and wolverine will be high.

Everyone's very much viable at this point. Hell even early major threats like Sentinel are becoming less dangerous now.
