Wow, I am surprised. But sadly, I don't play Mario Kart Wii anymore. Hell, I haven't even touched it in like 3 years.

I wouldn't touch it either since it's been so many years, but since there are custom tracks (216 of them), it always feels fresh and unique from time to time. That's why I play it.

Yep, my sister help me download a Japanese version...I play it by putting it into a CD reader that is plugged to the Wii's USB port. And then go to Wii menu and then click uloader.

My Wii is indeed modified. It's a Super Mario Bros 25th anniversary Wii, and then modified it to traditional Chinese.

Well... Wii is easy to hack.
And one of it's downside is that, if you accidentally update the Wii, all the hack softwares will all be gone. And my burned copy sometimes don't run it's because my CD has too many scratches... and it some times even crash if unfortunate.

I find it disturbing that the Comet Observatory itself isn't in the game though.

Yep, you can find a bunch just by going Online > Share > View > Stages.

But I have no idea how to download a specific custom stage. Maybe you have to be friends with me? You can send a request via Miiverse if you want to.

Rosalina's Circuit Special is colored blue, most likely because her dress is a lighter shade of blue (most notably, turquoise). A blue varnish never did exist for the Sport Bike, which is likely why Rosalina was given the yellow varnish.

However, Rosalina is a bit unique with her varnish color choices, since the characters who use the blue varnish for the Circuit Special, usually use the red varnish for the Sport Bike, which is not the case with Rosalina and Baby Rosalina. Of course, White Yoshi, White Shy Guy, Lakitu, and Ludwig use the green varnish for their Sport Bike, despite using the blue varnish for their Circuit Special.

On an additional note, Link's vehicles are never colored green at all, except for the Biddybuggy. The same thing also applies to the red Shy Guy, where outside of the Biddybuggy and Sport Bike, none of its vehicles are colored red.
