Logic? Shulk isn't a great choice to use in tournaments in my opinion, but I hope to see some that are good with him.

I think he's a great choice if you want to place at top 8. If you want to win, he's not a good idea to use. Pick a top tier for that

Usually just about any vehicle body, except for the aesthetic ones. As for the tires though, I tend to avoid the Slick, Cyber Slick, Wood, Sponge, Cushion, Monster, and Hot Monster.
