Nice to meet you. Care to Smash? Win or lose, I doubt I'll get too flustered over projectile games. I was warned of Chad and the impossible Pikmin Wall and how frustrating it was (he's a player here in Alberta, by the way. Doubt there'd be anyone knowing whose who over here too much), and I ended up beating that without any kind of troubles as it was a close but fun matchup nonetheless. Then again, Sonic can be a counter to Olimar.

The lag on SSBB can alter so much the game...

The "super wavedash" is pretty old news. It even existed back in Melee, just without that much slide and was, not surprisingly, more effective with Fox. This is just UpSmashing out of a dash and the slide comes from the dashing momentum. It's already used a lot.

What's great about it is the fact that now you gotta make a choice:
Sliding that UpSmash out of a dash with the Cstick OR
Wavebouncing backwards using the B attacks on the Cstick?

Can't have both, and both have merits. Gotta pick your playstyle!

its dash attack canceled into up smash, melee didn't have that. its not a ****ing dash into a up smash.

I thought I recalled Melee having something similar to it, just not being very pronounced with anyone but Fox.

And yes, I know it's a dash attack cancel. It's why Snake's is so long. His dash attack picks up crazy momentum.

Il y a au moins 20% ou 40% du monde qui il y a une mauvais connection.
Et c'est rare que sa lag quand je joue. je veut dire 2 3 fois dans la journée.

Souvant c'est le button lag qui fais chier. :embarrass

For people having connection problems, this may be old news but I picked up the LAN Adapter at Future Shop and it made a big difference in the quality of my matches. There is a ton of wifi in my neighborhood so there was a lot of interference. I would';t get dropped or anything, it was just slow and laggy. With the lan adapter I've had plenty of lag free or good enough matches. Check it out if you're desperate. It's $30, but it'll come in handy again for Mario Kart or whatever else.

I've been playing RPG's since the SNES era. Chrono Trigger remains my favorite of any RPG and still to this date my favorite game of all time. It's just awesome.

I'm still waiting for the next Golden Sun... which probably will take 5 years to come out...those games were fantastic, best reason to own an Advance.

I cannot wait for Sonic RPG. Bioware+Sonic+RPG is pretty much equivalent to Square+Mario+RPG, and anyone who has played Legend of the Seven Stars knows how amazing that game is. Can't wait for it to come out on VC. Return of the Geno!

i get those errs too. not xactly sure what those nonsens are but i have a feeling they are caused by people who didnt:
- PORT FORWARD important TCP/UDP ports on their router/modem to their Wii ( http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/ts/gameSSBB.jsp )
- Reduce their lag by NOT USING NINTENDO USB ADAPTER and use a WirelessRouter or even better, the LAN ADAPTER instead.
- Not download PORN while Brawling... Download your porn first then brawl. kthxbye

anybody tired of the quality issues lately in videogaming?

my ds just got:

yesterday... took me half hour on the phone to get them fuсkers to agree to replace my 6months old ds...
the guy originaly asked 50 of my precious dollars to get it repaired... fuсk em lol.

now brawl being the 1st wii game to use DualLayer DVD, earlier wiis have experienced disc read problems.
my brawl disc plays fine but my wii makes a shіtload of noise when playing it... also the disc seems to be improperly ballanced and this causes my console to vibrate alot...
is this hapening to anyone else???

fear of x360's ring of death is also preventing me from buying a 360... i know so many people who needed to return their 360...

wtf is hapening? nobody seems to be capable of making a product that lasts longer than a disposable camera :/ fuсk nintendo.

Seiken Densetsu 3 wasn't so much of a great game, don't get me wrong, I liked it but, not as much as the 1st one...The boss battles are way too long...


And yeah, Mario RPG was awesome, I have that game and I think I passed it over 40 times.

Anybody knows Super Metroid? I did a speed run of this game, I actually got 3rd or 4th with 1h.


@Alopex: Yeah, I must say that chrono trigger is one **** awesome game...I am actually playing the CT5 fury, it's a hard version of the game *hack*.

Only now the entire thing just came off. It still works 100% though, it just is flimsy and easily flips open when im playing and shaking it (which doesnt happen, so its fine)
