Good stuff, only thing I'm worried about this place though is that I've only seen 2 TV's, and the console section looks kinda smallish. It would be a good idea in my opinion to ask if we can borrow sum tables/chairs from the TCG section, and if we could bring a few small TVs.

They are ready, they are consentual, they want us.
There's no rush, I told him about the other places we've contacted, and I said we'd keep in touch whenever we make up our mind.

- Availability: Any day at all.
- Fee: 5$ each for a proposed 4 hours ( could be more, could be less, fee will be adjusted in consequence )
- TVs: Three 30 or so inch TVs. We could quite well fit around 5 in there if we don't mind being cramped a bit, but we'll have to provide them.
- Sittage: Around 3-4 couches, ample supply of chairs provided.
- Foods: Snacks sold, tons of restaurants nearby.
- Equipment: No Gamecubes, no Smashes, no controllers, no memory cards, no RCA cables. We gotta provide it all.

Store Hours:
Monday : 10:00am - 8:00pm
Tuesday : 10:00am - 8:00pm
Wednesday : 10:00am - 11:00pm
Thursday : 10:00am - 11:00pm
Friday : 10:00am - 11:00pm
Saturday : 10:00am - 11:00pm
Sunday : 12:00am - 8:00pm


Now, we gotta agree three things before we can decide on it:

1. The day

Store closes at 20h on Mondays and Tuesdays, so that's pretty much out, and week-ends seemed less popular. This leaves us with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

I think Thursday was the general accepted day? Should we make a poll or do we go with that? Personally, I can't on Wednesdays and I'm often busy on Fridays, so Thursdays would be grand.

2. The time
Assuming everyone is at school or work on weekdays, I was thinking something around 19h to 23h, possibly 18h to 23h. What's the general opinion?

3. The equipment
- Who's donating TVs?
- Who's donating Cubes w/ cables? --//-- Who's willing to bring theirs?
- Who's bringing the game / memory card?

I could bring a game and memory card, Gamecube should also be possible, although I would bring it back with me.

Give out your opinions, let's wait it out a couple days and see what the other stores have to offer. It's at least comforting to know that we now have a sure bet to fall back on Let the bi-weeklies BE!

That's a fast reply I must say, but let's keep our expectations low. That way, we'll not take into account that because of our multiple emails, all the job's done.

Agora posted at the same time as I did so here's an update; Again, I'd like to say that the last train going back to Dorion-Rigaud quits Vendôme at 21:21. C'est vraiment tôt si j'peut me permettre le commentaire, mais la balle est dans le camp de la majorité. Donc si on veut faire sa démocratique, je propose un poll serieux de la journée et aussi de l'heure à laquelle sa devrais se tenir.

Pour moi, le jeudi fais mon affaire parce que je fini à 14h. Par contre, le premier train qui se rend dans le centre ville m'amene à Vendome vers 17h30. Alors j'vais faire des recherche savoir si ya pas des autobus qui peuvent m'amener plus vite.

Est-ce qu'on devrais contacter Wak pour hoster le poll ?

hmm its 5$ per person? gee? easy profit. thursday 18 to 23 is pretty good to me. about anyone can bring a gamecube w/cable, game and memory card.
