Lol this game taught me that risks can pay off, even if you lose your life doing so. =P

All because he defended my doc claim.

First scum game for me, and I gotta say I prefer town now.

So I decided to sit down and read this game as a whole last night but was too tired to post anything about it.

I was soooooooooooo upset that Pluvia didn't get lynched the final day. After Chibo's town-flip, I honestly thought it was like "oh it's deffo Pluvia if it is two scum." but I had a scum-team of John-Pluvia-Chibo in who I would lynch in that order. Chibo confused the heck out of me. ^^"

Raz lynch was interesting.

I also gotta say, I really liked TB's play and he showed he can be quite the threat when srs face. o_O"

Anyways, thank you for posting this game because I deffo liked it and it was really cool to see a game that didn't have lime-light people like Ryker/Myself/Kuzi/Swiss/Zen controlling the game and the people who are usually quiet doing stuff.

Gotta say though, that LyLo I was laughing and just saying, "Nooooooooo don't lynch Joey whatsoever." the only thing I agreed to where I thought Joey could possibly be scum was when he said "I think John is scum but I think he is the godfather where Chibo is town." which looked like he was creating a backdoor where he could bus John and still try and seem safe after they lynched Chibo but what do? =P

You have no idea how ridiculous it was in LyLo, J. Joey and Kantrip were pulling every single trick in the book to make the other look scummy, and it also kinda make me look over Pluvia. As was said before, I should've seen the one post by Pluvia that was veeery telling but I just read over it ;|

Ran here.

So I got interested in reading. Got up to page 19. Got lazy. I wanted to know who was scum.

I thought Kantrip was deff scum, and possibly with Tblock.

Were they masons or something? That might have been possible.

Ah, so Auspher replaced out of a scum slot. Has he been scum before?

I'll need to re-read John so I can read him better.

T Block was digging up massive amounts of information. If he wasn't proactive, then the game would literally have been difficult as nails trying to get reads when I replaced in. Lynching him was not a D1 priority. Even if he was a scum slot, he was helping town immensely.

After D. Grayman mafia where Raziek thought that my case on Dark Horse was reaching, I really didn't think that he would be the one to put so much attention on what I thought was T Block trying to generate material. I mean he could be a VT or he could be a PR, that didn't really matter as much as the information that came from the gambit. Trying to figure out if T Block was gambiting was something that could be focused on at a later time when there were reads or slips on his end to challenge his pro-town play with scum motivation. And again, even if T Block was scum, ton of information to get from his flip in later game than early game.

John was not genuinely scum hunting. He was posting questions, but it didn't really matter if he got an answer to them or not. I do understand that there are cases where questioning is axed if there is nothing coming from it in terms of reads, but really it didn't seem like he had an angle and his slot could go imho.

Auspher/Pluvia was a straight up a bad read on my end. It became more obvious that he was scum though after the John flip in latter game based on his reactions to a John lynch and also Kantrip's gambit. Given the low activity earlier in the game, it turned out promising with the SK lynch D1 turning it into some variation of a closed beginner's mafia game. Unfortunately, Chibo was an idiot and Glyph went after Vinyl resulting in literally two squandered lynches that destroyed the initially good pacing of the game.

Vinyl is dabateable if it was wasted, he was playing so null and completely useless he was a liability. I think i should have just forced replaced him. Still the lynch was pretty bad imo.

Chibo just did something stupid, straight up stupid. He put his reads so far ahead of anyone elses he lied about his results as town's best PR to go against Glyph.

From a textbook mafia standpoint, it was a horrible lynch. We had him pegged as town with almost 100% certainty, even if he was just going to sit there and stare blankly at the wall for the rest of the game.

But from a DR mafia game perspective and for a Glyph who's just replaced in and doesn't feel like reading, its the perfect opportunity to make something fun happen.

Plus after that me and T-block went on to peg the scum team and ride off into the sunset.

haha yeah this was a good game

still feel that pang of regret for not acting harder on the auspher/pluvia suspicion that i had for the majority of the game =\

vinyl lynch was dumb but in retrospect i don't regret it at all. although that's only because glyph ended up not being scum.
