The problem is, on one hand, It'd feel wrong lynching a townie.

But on the other hand it'd feel soooo right to lynch Vinyl, especially after the way he claimed :|.

We're still not sure that he's town.

He could have communicated with a scum-mate, which could have told him that it was a gambit and to act townie. To most of us, a positive response would have cleared Vinyl to us, which would mean that he would have a pretty good ride to Lylo at least. Really good scum plan.

Thats just my thoughts, and I'm still waiting to hammer Vinyl.

I think the reasons as to why he swung to Vinyl so hard were pretty obvious.

It was a sort of sad day in mod land, unfortunately people were mad for him ditching a mafia game, though for Skyward Sword is semi legit, the angry mafia players asked for him to die so he did.

Vinyl (Teran, Vanilla Townie) has been lynched.

Well...it could mean a lot, but the three possibilites that spring to mind:

Scum got Roleblocked
Doc protected the right person
Scum chose No Kill

Tonight I tried to investigate another Serial Killer. I tried to investigate Kantrip and my role PM says "my night action has failed"

Whatever it was, it probably wasn't a roleblocker, because it seems unlikely that both me and scum got roleblocked.

I'm glad there was no kill, gave us a free day to pick off Vinyl. Just gonna pick up where I left.

Also, Kantrip, I'm fairly sure a lot of people knew he was town, but he was SO useless that it was probably worth it to kill him. Got rid of the biggest question mark that would not contribute in the game. At least, that's my reasoning, also, T-block helped with stating this could be considered D1 of a 9-man game.

It that's true, last Night it would have failed as well, since Raziek was already dead.

My action failed on you, mafia's action, if it targeted you, failed as well. It seems unlikely that both MY action as well as mafia's action got roleblocked seperately. That's why I can think you were targeted and something happened that made all night actions on you fail.

Either that or Scum is mindgaming town HARD and playing with us because we're looking in the wrong directions.
