Fun fact is that locally we have a couple Falcos, our best player is a Pikachu and one just picked Olimar and does well. lol

Because down in the hood of North Scottsdale, he isn't banned, and I wouldn't give up on someone just because he is banned (look at Japan) because most likely he will become unbanned in the future.

I was okay with a "standard recomended ruleset", instead of an "optimally recommended" like BBR's was, as it is easy to follow for most TOs that knows little or nothing about Ruleset Crafting.
