Dealer: The Goose (Untitled Goose Game)

Just honks a lot. Also would be really funny if his shuffling animation was just furiously shaking the cards in his beak.

This was my other ideal internet-centric pick. I like to think he'd pull random (un)fun facts and trivia from his wide patchwork of knowledge to share with the player or the other contestants, no matter how uncomfortable it might make them. "Hey kids, didja know ferrets have intestines the size of shoelaces, leading to easy internal blockage?"

He's got a good narrating voice too, don't think a Poker Night game could go wrong with him as the dealer.

I think the dealer should be an villain, and he would ask the players to join his killing game and them responding.

Sans (Undertale)

I'm not sure if Sans would communicate exclusively in Undertale-style text boxes or if he'd get a voice actor, but I figure he has experience with poker:

Plus, it would mean a jazzy remake of Megalovania, plus other Undertale music, themed decks/tables, eliminations, etc.

The previous dealer, GLaDOS, was something of a giant internet meme, so I figure the new one could follow suit.

I feel like he could be a fun addition to the game, and his role as a shopkeep actually fits really well in the setting of a casino. I feel like the diminished presence of the dealer role fits nicely with the more one-note nature of this character while still keeping the shocking "They really referenced THAT?!" aspect.

King Dice
These games usually have multiple video game characters. I think his role as a gameshow host actually makes him fit pretty well here, I also think he's popular and dynamic enough to justify choosing him over the protagonists of his game. I don't know why he's hosting a game that doesn't even use any dice, don't ask. Wayne Brady would return to voice him from theCuphead Show.
