Oh, and could we have a one-on-one match in each game? On FD? No items? 'Cause that would be awesome! I NEED THE COMPETITION. Two of my friends are really good, but I'm tired of fighting just them all the time. What do you say? Can I come?
1. Don't sound so happy, mike hates you already.

2. You don't get to pick the stage.

3. 1v1, no items is standard :)

4. Mike thinks he's gonna **** you and may not be eager to invite you over

Hey Mike! You don't know me, but I would love play Melee and Brawl sometime (I'm better at Brawl though). I live in Burbank, which is about fifteen minutes away. If I could just have your exact address, then I might show up at one of your next wheneversaries. Just say when and where.

Thank you for the information. I guess I should be serious. But I only wanted to have a game of smash. I didn't mean to force the match on Mike, I was just giving a suggestion.

And by the way, Mike is going to have a harder time than you think. I'm good. Especially in Brawl. So don't hate me. Just fight me!

Unfortunately, I'm still in high school. And it's in Sherman Oaks. It's called Village Glen, and it's basically a private school for kids with high-functioning autism.

See, I have what is known as Asperger's Syndrome. So I go to a school for kids like me. But personally, I'm pretty social and love video games.

So I hope you're still up for some smash.

(too much information? you be the judge)

Who isn't good at Brawl?
I know what you mean, but I'm far above the average Brawler. I know a lot of advanced techniques, and have been called a pro, if only by my friends. But that's why I want to fight good Brawlers. To prove that I'm good too. Make sense?

Oh, and ever heard of NinjaLink? My Diddy is arguably as good as his. If not then pretty close. But then again, only my friends would say that. Another good reason I should go out and fight other people.

rofl it never changes. From Melee to Brawl to bubble bubble gum in a dish, all the newbs have been called pros and are "seeking a challenge cause no one can give them one"

It's just not good to try and come off as cocky when introducing yourself to a community. Trust me, I know -___-

Hey thanks! I'll try not to sound cocky. I just want people to know my details. I am a fellow smasher after all.

No offense, but no one cares.

Seriously, you sound like a HUUUUGE noob, to the point where anyone who's actually been to competitive tournaments and doesn't suck will be SHOCKED if they can't **** you.

This is why people should lurk for weeks before making posts :)

Connor was being sarcastic about you being legit, though. It's funny that I'm even helping you because I'm usually one of the worst about piling on people's stupidity / easily avoidable mistakes.

One big reason why you probably suck: playing so many characters.

I only use my mains in serious matches. And I'm not a noob! You guys don't know what nice is. Well I'm a nice guy so I'll never say anything hurtful or offensive. I don't even care if you all hate me. I just want to play some smash, like the rest of you. Got it?

none of us hate you, you're just overreacting to the standard treatment to noobs being noobs: ridicule. as long as you don't take yourself too seriously and get butt hurt you'll be fine.

basically, it's like some overly exuberant guy who you talk to for ten minutes on his first day of school, and he takes that as a sign of acceptance and he begins to tell you his life story and try to hang out with you atl unch, and you're like, wat?

chances are if you use more than two characters -- and think they're actually good -- you suck. just a harsh reality.

This is true.

Anyway, Sup Dawg I usually hate everyone on the boards and then like them when I meet them in real life.

Not really.

I bet I'll never meet you, but if I do I will put all this behind us.

But for now you really are a stereotypical noob.

EDIT:

Wow this is so true too LOL

Hm. Interesting. And your absolutely right. I probably should shut up. But I still want to play someone sometime. Any takers?

And for the last time: I'M NOT A NOOB! I can beat any level 9 on FD (no items) with ease.My Diddy can glide toss, my Snake can Snake dash, I know jab-cancel combos with Snake, Luigi, Ike, and Lucario, and Fox is just awesome. I also know infinites and heavy-damage combos with a few of my secondaries. I need to fight someone! It's frustrating knowing I'm the best in my school when there are so many great Brawlers out there! So anyone up for a friendly game of smash? I promise you won't be dissappointed!

Oh and know why I didn't know how things worked around here? IT'S 'CAUSE I DON'T KNOW ANYONE HERE! So I need to get out and meet people. I mean, if all of your friends say your a pro, but your friends aren't pros, and you don't know any pros, you'd probably assume your a pro. SAME SITUATION. So until I fight one of you, I will have to go with my friends for now. Hope that makes sense.

And it's true I talk alot here. But in real life I'm not a some annoying noob who thinks he's the best there is (except at school). So there.

most of the time the worse player comes to you. so you'd have to go to mike; i doubt he's very interested in playing you.

or just show up to a tournament :)

Your logic is making less sense the more I hear it. Maybe I just want an opponent who can kick my *** for a change. 'Cause so far no one has. I do not suck, and will put up a good fight. And I would go to a tourney, but only one in or close to Burbank (due to personal reasons). Know about any tourneys coming up around here?

i don't know if you do or don't, but mike is one of the top brawl players in socal. you're likely going to lose even if you're good.

no, but just check the front page. most tournies are ~30min away no matter where you live though.
