We've only had three game releases relevant to a character reveal.

The only stable trend is getting on average one character a month (with only two exceptions; September and December, both of which had a Zelda release ironically), and every other month, the reveal specifically ties to a global Nintendo Direct (Luigi in August, Sonic in October, Rosalina in December).

I don't know. Its just my theory for now. It'd somewhat make sense to me rather than scrap her whole moveset. Maybe in the pictures to come I'll be proven wrong, but I would think that they'd show at least one of Zelda's specials that isn't Down B

Woah, both of these seem likely, but it's probably Din's Fire.
Can't help but we worried for Sheik's chances of returning, I mean, even with the rerelease of OoT, and all. I'm probably being paranoid- it just feels as if they're gonna be making a lot of cuts this game.
On that note, in the past, did they confirm the two together or separately? I can't remember.

D'at neck doe... What? ... don't judge me... Anyways, tomorrow's update is also important because it could decide if Sakurai's taking a week off for New Years. Maybe he won't stop posting pics though because the updates (aside from the big character ones I assume) can be done from the Wii U itself so technically he wouldn't even have to go into work to do it. Also, these updates are a lot simpler than Brawl's so I doubt he considers them a hassle like he did the Dojo's.
