There is no SS Ganondorf. That said, he may not be TP style overall. It's likely, mind you, but not guaranteed. If Sakurai wanted to, he could pull out Toon Ganondorf with two swords and it'd be the first complete moveset overhaul we ever got. Not subtle changes like the rest.

I always figured the natural progression would be WW Ganondorf.

Most likely would be Medusa or Hades, since disconfirming them now, pre-E3, would be indirectly hyping Palutena's inevitable reveal. If they were revealed as AT's or something at E3 or after, they'd be outshined by Palutena.
