That is only somewhat creepy, but um... intriguing to say the least.Pic of the day. Characters that have heavy damage slowly start to emit steam. When your opponent starts to get nice and smoky, give 'em a solid attack!

So... they're smoking' hot?
Here's what I got:I don't know if there's much left to say about Pit... 2 new moves (plus one updated), a new FS, new stance when he shoots arrows, 2 new stages, 5 new items...
Unless Palutena is being revealed soon, KI might not get much more love.
I guess that's the closest thing of showing that the characters are sweating perhaps?"Pic of the day. Characters that have heavy damage slowly start to emit steam. When your opponent starts to get nice and smoky, give 'em a solid attack!"

I noticed it, but I figured steam and reddish tint were attributable to a stage with lava.http://mirrors.rit.edu/instantCSI/
I was wondering when everyone else was gonna notice the steam and the reddish tint. lol
Unless theres a possible feature to toggle the % offEmit steam...? Interesting... I would rather they showed physical damage, but I guess this is okay. I mean, it's not that hard to look down a few centimetres and check their damage count.
Source?It was.
A possible feature that no one would use.Unless theres a possible feature to toggle the % off
Do you have a picture?...
Go play Brawl?
Doesn't that already exist in Smash? At least I could have sworn that it was already there... in Melee at least... :/Unless theres a possible feature to toggle the % off
Probably because it's easier than model changes. Another is that seeing a crack helmet on Captain Falcon or something way worse is going to annoy people(including Soccer Moms). Also, realistic violence being avoided works too. Seriously, you can do a lot with just bruises and such. Physical damage not being shown keeps the cartoony aspect of the series better.Emit steam...? Well... no.Do you have a picture?
Maybe it's been added recently. Doesn't seem like it'd be too hard to implement.Well... no.
But you can literally go test it out right now.
Regardless, does the steam only appear if they aren't moving ala the percentage?
Because we haven't seen it before and we've seen some high percentages.
Gordon Freeman confirmed for playable.Smash confirmed for PC via Steam.
Smash 4 is Half-Life 3 WOAAHHHHGordon Freeman confirmed for playable.
Maybe you just have a constant fire effect? Gosh turning into a walking talking fireball sure would be silly...Is this proportional to damage? If so, I wonder how it would look at 999%
I just tested it myself. It does happen in Brawl....
Go play Brawl?
Shoot, you beat me to it!
