It's so unfair. There are over 50 people working on this game and Sakurai always takes all the credit. This idea could have been thought by the janitor.

I don't think it's that Sakurai is taking credit, it's just me forgetting about his team, so my bad. I'm sure he appreciates all the help and in his posts he always says "We" when talking about how hard they are working on the game.

Kind of. He outright took all credit for everything in Brawl. Only game he did that, mind you. I forgot how he did it for 64 and Melee, but he is making it clear that Bandai-Namco deserves credit, going as far as saying "I hope Bandai-Namco can give some neat ideas"(paraphrased).

With Sakagawea-san, you never know:

A ) He does all the modeling, texturing, programming and animations while the rest of the team watches and learns.
B ) The development team is doing a great job because of Sakagawea-san and his injured shoulder is proof of Nam-Ban getting disciplined.

If Sakurai wanted to be crazy and give us another character a week before E3, I'd say the mario kart reveal would be Wario. Mario newcomers are very unlikely at this point.

Ok, as someone who isn't a native English speaker, I need help: which is correct: deconfirm or disconfirm? I've seen both being used and to figure out which one is right would help my life tremendously. Unless they're both right. Then I don't know how to live my life.

Honestly, Mewtwo as is is the only believable veteran. Doctor Mario I'm actually thinking could become a costume if the custom moves let you use Megavitamins for Mario.(I've said this before, but I do believe that's our best chance for the costume. And yes, you won't catch me in that costume without that move. )

The rest are cool, but I do honestly think we'll get Chrom or Robin at this point. Young Link's best thing going for him was Masked Link(switching among his Majora's Mask forms), but transformations are out. There's nothing going for Pichu. One of his costumes at least made it to Brawl Pikachu, though.

Disconfirm is the accurate term.
However, people have used "deconfirmed" for so long that it's just become common use.

Me as well. I'd rather we just get the dream squashing over now rather than later. Plus, the more characters who get decomfirmed that aren't my favorites, the better the chance they have of being in.

Considering the sudden ability to use Volt Tackle... it's a theory people like. Also, that would make that particular Pichu male as well.

I'm more of a fan of Hector, but I'm okay with Robin too. Chrom bores me, though. The thing is, I don't want somebody who's similar to Marth and Ike. I want someone who is either another Wolf(has slightly similarities with Fox, but is almost entirely unique) or a completely new moveset. I don't want another Falco, basically.
