Golden Sun is releasing on the Wii U VC in Japan today. Whatever the update may be, PLEASE let it not be Isaac's assist trophy. :cry:

Just to let everyone know, IGN and GameXplain tweeted about MK8 coverage to be released at the same time the Daily Pic is shown. Just a heads up since we all know the pic won't be astonishing.

Well an IGN guy confirmed it's Mario Kart 8 guys, but it could still be a bit of something else.

Not likely, but meh.

Might be a bit of something else, namely smash, so really anything could happen.

Also, we might finally get Rainbow Road WiiU shown, since I'm pretty sure that's a thing.

Eh, I'm confident that Isaac will appear in the game in some form. Golden Sun: Dark Dawn was released after Brawl, so we're sure to get trophies and stickers at least.

Isaac being disconfirmed will kill my hopes of him ever being playable in Smash.

Fair enough. Then, for your safety, let's hope he'll be a Newcomer. I don't know Golden Sun well, but he looked neat as a Assist already. Plus, you can never have enough prettyy boys!

Wouldn't it be cool if he showed a Mario Kart item, as in, a real Kart? Works like Wario's Bike pretty much, and when you jump it, it will change to a character-specific look. XD

Hit a Banana and it's instantly broken.

I'm a little suprised they haven't had a direct yet. They showed the GBA VC lineup and the new Sonic DLC last week with no direct. Maybe they just don't have much else to show to fill up a direct.

Well, at the very least tonight will be somewhat interesting, what with the MK8 stuff along side the PotD. I'm quite looking forward to the game, I even pre-ordered the deluxe edition.

I'd love to see the Blue Shell item shown today for a PotD (like Falkoopa said), as I've Always wanted it in Smash.

But I doubt today's pic will be Kart related. Though, if we are lucky, Wario!
