Micaiah is my most hated fire emblem character of all time. She is soooooo weak in the game for a main character, her a soth are both weak compared to the real main characters with power like ike XD and soren. Soren is way better than her and sothe is weak because volke is way better than him in POR

Have you played the whole game? Micaiah does more damgae than Soren if you level her up right. You right about Volke being better than Sothe, in PoR and RD.

ye i played both games, im just saying that michiah is a horrible choice. Soren is way cooler than her and has a larger variety of moves because he is a master at most magic types micaiah only knows light.
Micaiah is just too weak id rather have another fire emblem representative like King Caineghis.
Caineghis For brawl would be a totally unique character, he could transform into a lion and murder ppl!
Another laguz like Ranulf would be just as cool and possibly a better choice because he would be faster. But a Laguz would totally rule none the less, and represent the series better.

I see your point..... not really. You know as well I that Micaiah can really make Brawl cooler. I'm not going to spoil the game, but she can have her own moveset based off the whole game, you have to agree with me for saying that she can kill if she's one a great level on part 4 of RD. And Light magic is the strongest magic in the game, BTW, (I know someone is going to say dark).

I've played through Radiant Dawn and I don't see how Micaiah could be all that great. Sure, magic would be a nice change of pace, but that didn't work too well for zelda, and there are infinitely better character choices from the FE series than Micaiah. Sothe was someone I thought would be sweet, but with high agility and using daggers, it would be too close to pit in my oppinion.

How hard is it to accept that micaiah is like, the least workable character of the entire fire emblem series? Meg from Radiant dawn would be a much better character >_<

I believe the fight for popularity in Japan is between Micaiah and Eliwood, and it is pretty much 50/50. So really, it all comes down to what Sakurai wants: a mage, or another freakin' generic sword-fighter.

link is kinda fast and strong, ike is slow and strong, and metaknight is very fast and weaker.
Mages are to boring in my opinion, just look at zelda XD. If they put micahiah in they really gotta change her up alot to fit smash.

Michaiah's distance based combat could compliment Ike. Also, her great Magic could make like Zelda except stronger and slower.

What would you all say Micaiah's chances as a PC are? Unbiased and truthfully? I want to say 100% but I'm leanin on 80 honestly. I hope that I'm not right about that.

It depends on if Sakurai looks more to the new Fire Emblem games. You can see that Ike made it due to him being so great in many eye's on PoR, (also RD). Sakurai has an eye for RD as well, we all know that we can't have too many sword uses and more mystic characters. Micaiah fit's the mystic roll pretty good, as well as being a female doing so.

I have no clue, but her making it in over Marth isn't happening, so we'd have to have three Fire Emblem characters for her to have a chance. That is a possibility, I suppose.

That is what I believe. 63% is good. I mean it used to be 50% but with Sothe as an AT, her chances just to better. But she still got competion.

Honsetly, there are not a lot of characters that can compare to Micaiah. Even some of the characters on the poll's couldn't compare to her. I hope your not saying that character that has been in a game more than once should be in Brawl only.

Well, as far as I can see, her only chance is if there are 3 reps, which I think FE deserves more than Star Fox, or if Marth is cut for some reason(unlikely). With those two criteria met, she's the most probable contender, unless Sakurai just doesn't want 2 people from the same Fire Emblem world.
Still, I wholeheartedly support her inclusion, because it would at least diversify the FE roster.

Micaiah is not necessarily from the same "world" as Ike, however. Yes they're both from Tellius, but the Ike in Brawl is his younger, "Ranger" look and could be representing FE9. Micaiah is from FE10, which is 3 years later and is a separate game, so she can represent Radiant Dawn.
Whatever the argument, I truly wish for Micaiah's inclusion in Brawl, even if it is only a lowly AT.(Yes I would cry in frustration, but at least she's there

I think Micaiah has a decent shot at getting in. FE is certainly big enough for three reps, so she doesn't have to compete with Marth. That leaves Sigurd and Roy as her competition for the third slot. Sigurd's popular, Roy's a vetren, and Micaiah's new. I personally think Roy's vetran status won't be enough to save him (especially since his actual game isn't that good), so that just leaves Sigurd. I think the inclusion of Ike and Marth will put Sigurd at a disadvantage, because while adding him would please a lot of fans, Micaiah could be used as a dynamic contrast to the other two FE characters (both in appearance and in playstyle).

According to some of the translations on the new leak of info from Jump Festa, Sothe is an AT. Of course this needs to be completely confirmed first, but if it's true, and if Sothe is in his FE10 style, then this could be good news to Micaiah.
