To L-cancel: Hit L every time you hit the ground after doing an aerial.
To wavedash: Jump, and then, before it's humanly possible, sidestep diagonally downwards. I can't do it. It's a giant pain in the ass.
To waveland: Right before you hit the ground after being in the air for whatever reason, sidestep diagonally downwards. It's like wavedashing, but it's not impossible. And it's also not as good.
Edited to avoid the silly foul language filter.

We don't know, we don't really ever have that big of a plan ready.
I would think Ben's meets on Tuesdays might be the only thing close enough for a Melee meet seeing as Ben would rather is be Melee than Brawl.
Otherwise, as I said before, unless I haven't been talked to about anything as per usual, there doesn't seem to be any talk of a meet anytime soon.

I've been maining him as my Melee low tier. So much better than any of the other low tiers I've tried.

but anyway, tips for being cuuted:
1 - practice dash grabs without actually grabbing anything (do not jump-cancel), as it looks cute
2 - learn to bowser f-smash regularly on random. that too, also looks cute
3 - dthrow lots. not as good as other throws like uthrow, but it's a symbol of wub
4 - try not to l-cancel bair a lot - to break the habit of l-cancelling bair just go 'awww' at boozy as he struggles to get up
5 - run lots, he just vibrates across the stage like a bumblebee
