I go to a ladies gym if that counts lawl. Not exactly for body building though... Well to build some muscle so my metabolism improves =O

Hate people who talk about "how much they can push" or **** like that.

Honestly, unless you're entering a ****ing strongman contest, it doesn't mean ****, what really matters is technique and consistency.

I used to go to a gym during high school but then it got boring lol.. Now I just walk home after walk which takes 40 mins :p

Alzi you scrub, we all know that Machamp evolves via trade

And I put all my EV's into HP and Speed, with 4 on defense. Thus Im not made for bodybuilding

sassy is because i caught like 3 machops and the sassy one had the most hp, hp is for bulk and speed is to go first because that's important in pokemon. poison jab hits grass types like my rival's meganium, dynamicpunch is machamp's best move, smogon said it is, and they also said fighting and dark is unresisted. strength means i dont have to teach it to another pokemon and coba berry is to stop air slash on the elite fours pokemon from killing me

I've been going to the gym pretty on and off for awhile now, I've dropped a fair bit of fat and gained some muscle, yet my body wheight has stayed at 116kg the entire time.

i put on too much body fat in doing so, probs best bet is just to do cardio till your like 22 or something

I never bothered with Gym, but I do do weights at home, and regularly walk for exercise.

I would like to put on a few more kg's, since I was about 80, but I'm down to 75 atm.

zomg, alzi's almost heavier than me.
