Ledgehop dair would work. It works on Sheik. But you're probably right about one of her hitboxes hitting you.

Well yeah, but ledgehop dair doesn't really guarantee any follow-ups, nor does it kill Samus, which is why it's not really very threatening.

You can put her in a bad position by hitting her with tipper fair/dair/probably a bunch of other things, certainly, but I think keeping her away from the stage and trying to get her below it should be your top priority.

You can sometimes ledgehop dair>TipFsmash. If they land close enough to the ledge you can send them back the way they came.
