im dumb.. don't believe anything I say about switching mains anymore >.<
I've told some people that today was gonna be my first tourney with out mario, and as my first game was called the person I was playing chose DK, and temptation took over and I chose mario. after that game I was thinking "what am I thinking, mario is my best characcter, I know him the best, and I kinda **** xD lol" and I kept using mario. I felt mario was top tier to me again. I even beat a d3 who is considered being on the socal PR with him. I ended up with 9th/52 (I shouldn't have loss my second game, I was sooooo mad) and ill post the link when its uploaded.
ill fix my swf acccount when I get on a comp xD

edit: oh and there were i think 7 ranked socal people there so 9th is ok :]

Just play to win while having fun man. It's always a tough transition to ditch your 'main'; it takes a lot of dedication to do that since you've invested so much time in your main, and you've won the most matches with him, therefore you feel comfortable with him. I'm having that issue myself, it's like a curse.

I find the best thing to do is just camp and wait for the banana so you can cape it. I just play defensivly until I see an opening then combo the **** out of him.

I normally just CP Kirby against Diddy. I don't like that Match-up. Even though on paper it looks 60-40, I think it's 65-35 Diddy in practice.
