Hopefully Mario Party 9 becomes true. I kind of miss Mario Party, even though they were milked. Hopefully after three years without Mario Party they will bring new ideas if there will be a Mario Party 9.

Though, in regards to the article, I'd be all for another Mario Golf game. I'm kind of surprised a Mario Golf game hasn't been done yet with the Wii's capabilities, so if an MG is in the works, I'd be happy.

Tennis, in a way, HAS come (new play-controls). I don't expect nintendo to release another tennis game and I think the NPC edition was their way of having mario tennis on wii. I could be wrong though but I have a feeling it won't happen.

I THINK I did win the x64 Cake bet once though, but that was ages ago.

Yeah, Mario Party 3 kicks the others to the curb.

As for what I said about Mario Golf, I want another mainly for the OST Motoi Sakuraba will inevitably be in charge of, lol. He hasn't failed me once in that department.

Oh maaaaan. I don't know if I want to get another MP, my hopes and dreams were crushed after MP4, and then playing MP8 they just abused the controls.

I seriously feel that one of the reasons Galaxy was so successful is because though it used the new features of the Wiimote it didn't abuse it.

I read the first page and I saw that Nintendo did what every game developer should do: see what people liked, what they didn't like, what needed improving, and adding new things while keeping it like the original.

I doubt he will. US Football is only big in the US from what I've seen. Since Nintendo doesn't cater to us first, I don't think it will happen. Then again, it would be cool if they kept the strikers theme going.

True. Something about Mario Football doesn't click. Probably because Football is a lot less action oriented and a lot more stratagy oriented. Nintendo might be able to pull that off with pokemon, but not in a Mario sports game of which thrive off of the action, not a play selection screen.

Mostly for the countdown and ink effects I'd assume, plus special effects similar to "crashing" into the branches of Maple Treeway could use the effect.
