lol, thanks for the feedback Matt.

That might've been the case, but it's still kinda irritating that I couldn't score a KO on the last stock. I ALWAYS have that problem when it comes to Metaknight in general.

Really gotta work on that.

Basically, it's:

-(Name of opponent)(Opponent's character)|(Stage)

Make sure it's color coded as well. You can type all this in as you link the vid.

Would've told you how sooner, but the thread wasn't bumped till now XD

Good stuff Bo. I think you were a bit risky with the d-air's in JJ (Jungle Japes) stage, unless if that's the only good move Mario can use on that dumb stage xD.

Monk have you even bothered to watch the other vids??? its not like the link match (witch was pretty good) or anything., but you should really check the other fights too before you judge me.

ok all am saying is that i consider myself a high level mario player, and I would like to fight you.... but thats not possible because of my internet that sucks. :(

It's ok...the only thing I can say is keep practicing really...that and tell your friend to pay attention and get out of chains...and not be stupid with Luigi

Hey Monk. How about you incorporate a Hall of Fame into this thread. For the "Excellent" videos.

I said the same thing, Tlmab looks very good. His opponet was just getting banged up something serious though on everything.

Tlmab, everyone starts off somewhere, and you at least have offline experience. Once I start going to tournaments I'll suck bad, because all I've been playing since release is WiFi.

Same here...except most people that are good on wifi are good off wifi. Both Jo~P and BOX7 shook up their regions and beat reputable players their first times out with only wifi to back them.

Same with (don't hold me to this) ChromePirate, Shadofiend, Speculousity, Ally, and a bunch of other AiB celebs

well... I can tell you this thing, falco's chain grab is a *****, but I cant better than that cause I already mastered mario, but except for the new techniques that are still being discovered.

Also I participated in two tournaments and ended up in 4th place, and 5th. and the winner... you guessed it fox and falco.

Wifi players are probably better in the sense of they actually play often, against a wider variety of mentalities since it's so easy to find a match. They witness and ecounter alot of scenario's and playstyles. Even if they are garbage tactics, would probably just combine that into their playstle anyway just to create a use for it.

M2k Vs Ally should be interesting. Ally's ridiculous lol. Was watching some vids of him the other night. Very interesting Snake player.

Having a large amount of knowledge and mastering something are two totally different things...Personally I would never claim to have mastered something...because as humans there is always room for improvement

well said monk, Ill just have to wait until more mario techniques are discovered, so that i can develop new strategies to fight. also I need a good internet to get online experience.

You have a very offensive Mario, which is good, but you need a good defense to compliment it.

A few tips for you:

-What you should of done to Luigi, when he missed his Up Bs in your second vid, is cape him first then use FLUDD and proceed with more capes afterwards.

-Abuse FIHL

-You can stop Luigi's missile with FLUDD

-Try working on your defense more

-Try to use more fireball approaches; I really like your "in-your-face" style, but if you're not careful you can be punished


Your Mario is good but a little rough around the edges, just try getting things down a little smoother and you'll do great.

Thanks judge judy, the tips that you gave me are exellent. you really stand to your name of judge, I need to learn how to use fihl efficiently thank you for the advice.
