Stop trolling the Ness boards.

Leave the internet fights to me. Next Mario vs Ness matchup discussion, I will DESTROY THEM.

Alright, not sure how much my word matters around here anymore, but I've had a few Ness mains complain to me recently about you guys. As your ex-mod, I'm ashamed to see that some of you still do this. It was funny the first time, but it just makes the Mario boards look silly and immature.

I don't have power in here anymore, but I'm certain that Straked will agree that you all need to stop it.

Yes, I really hate to see this kind of behavior continue. It's a fun joke for us, but don't bring it to their forum please.

It's a good start, but perhaps we can make a more solid teaching foundation. Inui brought up an alarming point to me and perhaps Mario's overall metagame will get better if we all pitch in and improve each other's game.

I actually aim to be a high school bio teacher, and while I haven't solidly established it, I am very willing to critique all players. See my posts in response to Calebyte's videos.

Boss helps me at tourneys...but he tells me yoda advice...

Example, the last thing he told me:

"Don't roll."

"Ever."

Boss actually rolls a lot in a number of matches. Specifically as mixups. But what I think he means is that relying on rolling defensively is very bad.

One thing I noticed is that rolling can actually be an interesting counter to ledge getup attacks. If you time a roll behind someone correctly, it's pretty useful, especially for Mario or Luigi who get the added benefit of D-throw sending people lower when used next to the ledge.

Probably right, but still...it threw me for a loop, lol. He and Famous and a few others recommended that I pick up Luigi too...

...I get advice.

I resent that.

I'd much rather be like... Yamcha or something.
Dude..WHY?

Krillin stayed with the group regardless of whether or not he could help. Yamcha became irrelevant as soon as a saibamen killed him and they wasted a wish from the dragon so that he could quit fighting for a life of baseball.

Krillin had cojones. Yamcha was a *****.

Xeroxen...the perpetually ignored and underrated.

The Krillin of Brawl.
You do know that Krillin dies a lot right? Speaking of DBZ I guess Boss would be the Goku and Famous is the Vegeta. I wanna be Gohan because I thought he was the most awesome specifically in the Cell Saga. Either him or Broly because Broly is pimp status.

It happens when you're on the front lines/not a saiyan in DBZ.

<---wants Tien. He had the most amazing moment in the Cell Saga.

If you couldn't tell by now, I'm one of the 50 people that actually bought the DBZ box-sets and one of the last 5 people that still watches it. I'm definitely a DBZ fanatic.

URRRGH. Such a scrub combo. It's also escapeable depending on your distance from the opponent. If you're too far they can just tech roll out of the Dark Swamp release since the KB from the move invokes a backward tech roll.

Kankuro is the best character in the game by far.
You alt the scrub friendliest character in the game and #2 overall.

I main Naruto/Itachi and secondary Hinata/Shino.
you, WHAT UP! flood into F-air

Matador, I have every episode of DVD on box set, I know like... everything about the series and I watch it regularly.

In fact, I have a marathon coming up soon, watching all the episodes with no sleep! It's gonna be amazing! 100+ hours... my god!

Dude...If you hit me up on AIM...I'll start with you.

Like no joke. Nobody ever watches with me T_T

I don't have the ginyu force though, I didn't buy that set.

Where are you gonna start? From the beginning?

Yep, I'm starting at the Saiyan saga and going to do my best to make it to the end of the Buu saga.

I'm gonna need aloooooooooooot of energy drinks. It'll also help that I'll have 5 or 6 people doing the marathon with me... but, it won't help when they all pass out before me.

Here's the thing.. eventually the enemies get so strong, that only the Saiyans can handle them. Y'know, with their uncanny ability to break limits and stuff.

^ That's why the Saiyan and Frieza saga are pretty much my favorite arcs. Though, the Cell saga is pretty high up there too.

Yeah, sucks for the earthlings.

Still, it's always amazing when one of those guys jumps in the fray. Like when Krillin tried to stop Cell from absorbing 18. Or when Piccolo had his shining few episodes during the android saga where he was the strongest (Piccolo vs 17 = best fight of the series).

And, of course, when Tien jumped in to help Goku when he was fighting Buu.

That and... the humans didn't train nearly as intensly as the Saiyans, combined with all the power benifits the Saiyans recieved...

I mean, look at it. Goku gets to learn Kaioken (Which would've helped the humans a TON), which doesn't help him at all when he's SSj considering he never used it, and he also got the Spirit Bomb. Master Roshi was like "lawl NO GOOD STUF 4 U GAIS" and didn't teach any of the humans the techniques.

Vegeta trained in 300x gravity for the better part of a year, and then went off to space and had a battle with falling rocks to get SSj.

Goku trained his ENTIRE LIFE, due to afterlife shenanigans, while Vegeta also trained the entire 7 years after the Cell Saga. That's the most notable point where the humans mostly settled down, if they had only pushed themselves a little more they could've gotten way stronger.

/rant for now. I'm still not saying 34074392740932x more training benifits the Saiyans got that the Humans were left out on.

EDIT: Sorry about spelling errors, I'm on my Wii.

Small note: Goku did use Kaioken during SSJ, but only during the Otherworld Tournament against Pikkon.
