Merci beaucoup! In return for this magnificent button, I'll post a preview!

Up Special: Marionette Swap - Fiona tosses a small puppet upward (shaped suspiciously like Daniella, the castle maid), which travels about two character lengths and then arcs forward, slowly falling. As soon this puppet touches any sort of solid object (wall or floor), it sticks to that surface, and Fiona pulls on the marionette’s strings; the two turn into small orbs of light, switching places in a split-second. This attack has good range, and even if it doesn’t land on the stage, it gives Fiona a chance to grab onto a ledge, so always be sure to use this attack if you can. The only downside is that if an opponent catches the puppet (which they can like any other item), Fiona will immediately swap places with the puppet, putting her in a grabbed state. If the opponent grabs the puppet in the air, Fiona will switch places and then be spiked downwards. The puppet doesn’t do any damage, but it does do a little knockback.

So, in my SSE, I want to have a Megaman boss, but I can't decide who to use, because there are (obviously) a ton of Megaman bosses to choose from.

So I'm opening the floodgates, so to speak. Who wants to reccomend a Megaman boss?

Okay guys, what should my SSE be called:

The Return to Gamelon

or

The Madman, the Mad Scientist, and the Mad Hunger?

Curse you and your false promises Cruxis!

But seriously, you're doing a good job of hyping us up. Can't wait.

Simirror's up special is very intruiging, and the new picture with the arrows is actually quite descriptive. I'm liking it a lot. Much better then Mallow or your other previous movesets. So you have your computer back then Agi?

Oh. . .And I'm gonna need a Megaman boss eventually for my SSE. Any other SSE makers care making one that I can borrow while I let you use N. Oxide from my Cortex and Tiny moveset? I know very little of the MM universe, and what I'd make wouldn't end up being too true to game. I'd just take a random Wily Machine and use it as a tempplate and edit it until it's attacks are unregognizable.

This=WIN. It must be done as so. No questions.
The title is a bit misleading. It's Gamelon, but Gamelon is, in the world of trophies, a large, fututistic city. :ohwell:

However, the King will go to the city of Gamelon.

@MasterWarLord: Sowwy. Even if I got it done, it would be too late to post with inactivity and all. THIS WILL NOT BE SKIPPED OVER, IT BETTER NOT.

TomahawkMan is total win.

Y'know, it would be nice if you put a link to it somewhere...

Glad to see you like it. I'm trying not to make the rest of his moves too similar to Dimentio,(you'd be surprised...) so I just let my creativity flow. Mallow's specials were pretty much cop-outs while I was working on them, and my other two were pretty much worthless. In retrospect, it was probably a bad idea to work on Simirror before I started N, I'm having a hard time finishing him now. He looks ridiculously underdetailed compared to what I would be writing now...

And no, I don't have my computer back. It died completely. So, I did what any other American would do during the holiday season... get a new one. It runs much faster, but is under parental controls...

about dexter a while back, its pretty cool. final smash was my favorite part of the show and moveset. also, speaking of old CN, anyone here also psyched for fusion fall? classics+the good parts of today's stuff=the pwnsomest! samuri jack and EEnE were vital to me back then!

@MM boss discussion, i think you could go to the megaman wiki to see a LOT of them. ook me a day or two to read most of it.

I, Cena, 2-time MYM finalist, am hereby entering this new contest.

((Also, no disrespect meant to UnSaxon51 and his wonderful Banjo-Kazooie moveset, but I've been developing a moveset for the bear and bird of my own (that, at least I believe, is significantly different enough for me to post in this contest) that is kickass. And I intend to post it.))

@Mendez:

The lack of Jonathan & Charlotte reviews on your blog is DISSATISFYING.
Sorry, sorry! I'll be back home (and thus back to normal computer-wise) tomorrow afternoon. I know I said I'd do it today, but that was when I thought I'd be home today.

@Mega Man bosses: ...Are you people all on crack? Why would a Robot Master be a boss? They're not even really "bad guys", in the basic sense of the term.

Dr. Wily all the way. Sheesh. :psycho:

@agi: Complicated indeed. For the record I'd think that if he "flipped" in the air and would end up inside a stage, he'd just end up on the nearest possible platform instead. Otherwise yeah, I see what you're getting at with all that.

Good luck, my friend. Even after all this thinking I'm still not 100% on the move, so like you said: that explanation had better be perfect in the final cut.

Happy now?

I guess it's all my fault that people have complained about my submission, but people sure can be nitpicks, goodness.
Yeah, is it okay now?
It doesn't have a picture, but let's forget about that.

Sorry if I've been bugging you guys, it's just that every time you get ready to say something, you tell me that something's wrong with my submission.
That's why I've made several small replies here and there.

IT'S ALMOST FINISHED. But I'm still waiting until tomorrow. I can't fit that much epicness in one thing, so there may be more later, or in MYM5. This is too good, you all.

Problem is, I want to make sure that everyone sees it because I think of it as a dedication to MYM and its contestants. It is really important, so I gotta make sure it looks good.

I like the idea and the drawbacks seem unique. I think the idea of her potentially forcing herself into a grab is kind of hilarious! It does make me wonder though... can she wall cling? Becuase if it hits the side of the stage instead I'm curious what would happen. Not overpowered in itself fo sure, infact it seems like an extremely punishable recovery that is far from spectacular. There is nothing wrong with that however and it makes me want to she what tools she has to compensate.

Defiantly keep going dude!

Also on a seperate note... does the review queue... move? Sorry for being impaitant.

@PCHU: A couple things:

1) As much as you can say "let's forget about that," a picture really is nice to have. All you gotta do is pick one. A picture like this one would do just fine.

2) It helps to say who you're making the moveset for at the beginning of it.

3) Don't worry about it being too long. I doubt you'll ever have to worry about approaching what's "too long" in this thread.

4) People in this contest are picky. It's something that's developed as our movesets have improved. Don't get down about it. We've all been there.

.....

Please understand that all of us Sandbags have our own agenda. There's real life (school, work, etc.) and several of us are also working on Subspace Emissaries. On top of that, we also have movesets to work on.

Reviews aren't exactly the top of everyone's agenda, but they are up there.

I guess, among the Sandbags, I have the most freetime.

I'll try to review Yusuke soon, but this is Final Exam week for me.

Yeeeah... sorry about that. We actually moved really quickly early on in the contest, but there really is a critical mass of how many reviews you can make in a short period of time before it becomes a chore. Personally, I'm both busy these days and am taking a (brief) break from my reviewing. It should be moving properly again within the next few days, though.

NOOOO POST IT NAO... or, just wait til tomorrow. I want it to be epic, so let's not rush you. Just post it after 3:30 EST. I want to be here for the epicness.

I completely understand the we all have our own agenda both in our involvement in MYM and real life. It just... discouraging to submit for reviews when you see that other peoples entries from over a week before haven't had their turn yet.

If you do follow through with reviewing Yusuke, I'm sure you would do a great job, but real life first (I'll always wil encourage school and I often forget that my break from college is much earlier then most), and those who request reviews ahead of me should be dealt with and when its finally my turn Ill be happy to take it.

Again sorry for being impatient.

That is all. You expected something epic for my 1000th post? Like a moveset or summat? Think again. I do things my own way.

One more thing, actually... This is me:

Oh, and reviews aren't taken in any particular order.

I find that the movesets of highest interest to the reviewers (ex. Mendez + Castlevania movesets) are taken first, and others tend to be on the queue longer.

I'm working on Yukuke's review right now. If nothing gets in my way, I'll probably be done in 1-2 hours.

No, she doesn't wall cling. She just falls...however, as long as it's near the ledge, she'll sweetspot it.

And yay for recognition! That's the problem with posting a character like Fiona...no one knows who she is and therefore no one gets excited about it. *Pouts*

Which sucks 'cause I think she's gonna be TONS better than Alucard was.

EDIT: Banjo-Kazooie looks good, only...there's nothing particularly unique about it. The moveset as a whole seems very forgettable, which is a shame cause it's balanced and organized and all that. Just my two cents.
