I'm sure many people have read this before, but I was just wondering. What are their opinions on it?

At first I took a glance and said tl:dr, but then I decided a few days later I would read it after all and wow. Just wow. MM has always been my favourite Zelda game, but I've never really known why, but now I think this is it. The mood and intelligence of the game hasn't been matched by any other Zelda game (TP tried but couldn't live up to it IMO).

So yeah, opinions?

I've read this article before and loved it. It only made me appreciate MM even more. Everybody should read it, without a doubt.

It's an incredibly long read, but worth every single word. I love this article. It's by far the most insightful article ever written about Zelda that I've had the pleasure of reading.

Likewise. ZU is pompous, Zelda Dungeon has too many youngsters, but ZI is prime.

The author, Hylian Dan, is currently posting an analysis for WW. Though not as good as this one, is still a very pleasant read.

It's a very interesting article, certainly makes me think more about MM, than I've previously done. Was deffinately worth the reading.

O_O Wow, that's pretty incredible. I don't doubt the author of the article in no way (I also fully support their findings and conclusions) but maybe this could be a massive mistake through over analyzing. Either way, idc. I still fully agree and now know why I always liked this game.

Art comes to life through interpretation, not creation.

um... ****. Just... ****. That was a great read, although I personally think that it might just be looking into something a bit too much, he really did bring out a lot of the themes of the story. So if most of that was intentonal, then good job, Nintendo!

That was an amazing read. I had no idea how much thought Nintendo put into MM. A lot of the story makes sense after reading that. ^^

It's not a case of Nintendo putting so much thought into the game, it's a case of the players finding so much in the game that Nintendo made. There's no way to prove how much thought actually went into the development of the game; all is speculation.
