@alejandro You should see some of the games between Kyle vs Phil or Kyle vs me They are very close when we are playing our best.

Dude, I'm so glad we are all stepping our game up. It felt like just a few days ago that I remember getting 3 stocked by Kyle (well I only get 2 stocked now) but just think we could all reach Tyson or even Dakota's level. Keep playing brawl even if it's an hour a week, we can all do this!

Btw, this could be lubbock/amarillo tomorrow..

Alright, I admit I didn't give them a lot of credit, but my immediate response to seeing the results was, "WTF, where's Kyle?" We all should expect an upset very soon though b/c Phil and Kevin are right on your heels.

What's wrong with crowd-pleasers? Jk, he obviously is coming from a very narrow point of view. Players cannot expect to improve if all they care about is looking awesome. If that's their thing, then critiquing is not their department.

Yeah, pretty much all low tiers take a while to learn so you have to be committed and not just pick them up for a bit. It took Andre this long to be good with Mario and I could say the same.

My phone had died and i was without a charger for a few days, hence why i never responded to any of your guys messages.

I am really sorry i missed it, especially since teh Amarillo guys made the effort to come down and get some games in and hang out.

And I should warn you I only play Melee, Brawl plus and soon Project M.

Other thing is I wanna check out Tech's Linguistics department since I'm applying for grad school there, so I'd need to work that into my schedule, also wanted to sit for a couple classes.

mario will be fun. He is pretty balanced. Yeah pretty much all the low/mid tier characters have big learning curves. But I think its mostly a basic understanding of the game that takes the most time.

LOL Dakota! <3 Robhin mahfood thats funny. I'm way to much of a tourney *** now to main mario. But for Low tiers MARIO is ****!! I've actually been practicing alot of metaknight and mario Wifi has been very helpful for this.

Do you live on campus? I'd like to stop by and play some Melee or Project M this friday. I'll need to keep myself occupied till 5, and I don't just wanna sit in S4.

OK good.
I've never played balanced brawl, but the only problem with B+ was that they constantly had to update it. However, it was still a step up from vBrawl (you can actually combo), but Project M will easily outclass it.
The hackers have fixed a lot of simple things that make you think "really Sakurai???".
