I don't know all the characters from Megaman, but regarding the PR, this is solely my opinion:
Dakpo, Kyle, Karma, Nolan, Ginko, Phil, Panic, Andre, Me..
I omitted Willie b/c he hardly plays singles and Daniel & Mugen b/c he is no longer active. To be honest Nolan, Ginko, Phil and Panic go pretty even so these are extremely tight places.

LOL, Lubbock is still a LOOOOOOOOONG drive from San Antonio/Austin, Amarillo is just two hours further north.
I know how you guys can develop PR, pay for me to fly to Lubbock so that I can see you guys and my girlfriend. I can then tell all the Austinites and Houstonians that Lubbock has a viable Smash community, and I can actually get laid.
Sure, we will do a topless car wash to raise the cash.
