Who do you think is the most ignored character in Brawl, and why? Certain characters seem to be at the peak of discussion-- Meta Knight for being really good and the infinite dimensional cape, Marth/DeDeDe be chaingrabbin', Luigi is comic relief ... I-I guess, Falco and the never-ending bread jokes-- while others have yet to see themselves in the... well, you know.

Personally, I think that Diddy Kong is the least popular. Maybe it's because he's so similar to DK... but I doubt it, because there are other characters with glaring similarities. I guess I just don't notice a huge fanbase for him or anything like other characters. I've only seen one Diddy Kong user in the tournaments I've been to.

But the fact that he earned the nickname Weegee means he is of some renown... Right?

Yeah, Jigglypuff is another. It was cool to have her in SSB64 with the amazing Rest and everything, but I think it's sorta tired now...

But I doubt they'll get rid of her.

DeDeDe, yes. He has CG

But Marth doesn't have a chaingrab. At least nothing that goes for more than 2 fthrows at 0%. Sure, he has an infinite release grab on Ness and Lucas, but not a CG. I'm not sure about Ness/Lucas boards, but I can definately assure you that the Marth boards aren't paying it much attention.

I'm talking about how No one talks about the fighter Samus with the suit on. Everytime someone mentions 'Samus', people automatically think It's Zero Suit Samus because why the hell would you even talk about Samus?

Sad, but true. It's the story of Samus. Less clothes = more popularity.

Anyone not pretty/beautiful/good-looking enough for my standards.

I usually play and focus on the ones blessed with looks people. It's sorta obvious.

Not necessarily. A guy wearing no cloth is probably not gonna be popular because people would think he's insane.

A girl wearing no cloth on the other hand would immediately get popular, cuz people would think she's a $|ut. Which she it.

Yoshi & jiggz too
C.falc get's picked just because he's been so popularized for being so manly & the Knee is still gewd...
And in all actuality...I've seen more weegee players than mario players. Sure...mario is popular as hell he's the staple Nintendo character, but I think people see him like that and see no reason to play him since it wouldn't be original but really I havn't seen anyone play mario...I've seen yoshi & jiggz, cfalc and samus, even wario wayy more than any mario.

The Yoshi board is actually quite active. I'm expecting more and more people to main Yoshi now that he can wave dash and has a BRAND NEW spike. It was disovered just yesterday and was released on the Yoshi boards. Fear teh fat green dinosaur.

Definitely not Jiggs, just because she gets recognition because nobody plays her.
I'd have to say Samus or Bowser.

I don't think so.

Either:

1. There are a lot of people on the Jigglypuff forums(considering it has EIGHT PAGES, I think that's the most out of any character related forum section. The average character section has only 3 pages. Meta Knight has 5 btw).

OR

2. There are a bunch of useless(or useful), spam(or not spam) topics from the same people on that forum.

Not saying that Jiggly is the most popular character, just saying considering she has 8 pages worth of discussion on the forum section, I think that means she isn't the least popular or has the least attention.
