Also who isn't excited for Skyrim? Looks amazing. Hopefully I have enough cash to pay for it since Uncharted/Arkham City ain't cheap.

And swamp, you should buy MW3 first, Uncharted 3 second, and Skyrim third.

So excited for Skyrim.

My contenders for GotY so far (at least via what I've played and previewed):

1) Deus Ex: Human Revolution (one of the best games I've played in a LONG time)

2) Skyrim (If anyone bothers me while I'm playing this, you will be ignored, THRICE)

3) MW3 (Not so much for me, just based on all the hype it's getting. Too big to be ignored.)

4) Skyward Sword (Looking forward to it)

5) Brink :urg: ****in' hell... THIS game. I like it. I REALLY do... Just no one else DOES.

6) Bastion (<3)

There's probably others I'm forgetting. Brink is obviously a joke. /yaomingyeahright.jpg

I loved deux ex before it became a meme. All of that "I never asked for this" makes things look pleasant here.

I'd do the same but, I wouldn't ignore my mom unless I wanted to make her scream in such an ear-bleeding tone (Which I don't want).

Out of all those games, elder, you are ready to proceed the next generation of gaming. Which is next year.
When I buy the Wii-U, there is only one game that I cannot forget to pre-order. And that's Darkstalkers 2.

I haven't played enough of it to add it to my list. I JUST got it within the last 24 hours, and every chance I have to sit down and play, I'm so damn tired, I don't even wanna play CoD, let along BF. I'm going to be giving it a fair chance.

From what little bit I HAVE played, the matchmaking needs to be fixed PRONTO. That **** is WHACK. If I can't join with my friends in an easy way and or fashion, much less join a game, something is wrong. And EA/DICE needs to fix it. From what I have seen, I really want to give this game a chance. I really, really do. But I'm don't think it has what it takes to trump CoD (and I don't mean with me personally, I mean in the media. I think with me it has a chance, but right now, it needs to get it's MM **** together).

There you go. It's a game you'll probably playthrough once or twice at most, but what an experience. It wasn't Deus Ex quality, but it was so unlike any other game I've played. It has a near constant narrative that drives the story forward while you play, based around how you play (to a degree). The music is pretty good, the gameplay is pretty solid. Well worth the $15/1200 points. Great game. Action/hack n' slash/rpgish game. I loved it.

I'm ready for Next Gen. And I better get another Deus Ex game Next Gen. <3

I've been ready for next gen for a while now. I'm kind of iffy on the Wii U, but I'm waiting for Sony and MS to show what they've got.

Honestly, I really don't feel like I need all of the extra nonsense that usually comes with most consoles these days. Things like video renting or whatever other miscellaneous features will come with the PS4/XB720. And I really don't care for Nintendo's fixation on gimmicks either.

If someone were to put out a box with four controllers and a modem I would applaud them. But only if it were at least as powerful as the PS4/720 and had good games on it in addition to being significantly cheaper.

That's pretty much what I'm looking for.

M$ tends to have the games I like though. So they'll probably end up getting my money again. As a guess.
