yeah, they just need to be spaced out with more times for noms, votes, and questions. feels like we've been rushing for the past 2 or 3.

The only reason I close nominations "early" is because it's always a select trio who have more than double the rest of the nominations (10:10:9:4:4:4:4:3 etc.) so I don't see any point in waiting for the lower nominated members to try and "catch up". =\

but question period, and time between reading the current interview and starting the process of the next one should be slowed imo
