Yo man I'm all about the word of God! Who do you listen to? I like Fred Hammond, Canton Jones, and The Ambassador to name a few. Of course Mary Mary never disappoints as well.

They're alright, I have The Ambassador's new album and I like quite a few songs on there. I used to like Mary Mary, but they are starting to water down the gospel, so no I don't like them, but songs on from "The Sound" are great. Canton Jones...hmm I put "I'm Fly" on my second CD, but he's alright. A lot of people like him, but I don't agree with his doctrine or church he goes to(Word of Faith). Fred Hammond, I haven't really got into.

I'm all about the Reach Records crew(Lecrae, Tedashii, Trip Lee, Andy Mineo, KB, PRO, Sho Baraka) as well as Flame, D.A. Truth, Thi'sl, Lampmode crew(Shai Linne, S.O., Json, etc.), UK artists(Dwayne Tryumf, Guvna B), and then the females because they're on point!(Suzy Rock, Trubble, Erica Cumbo, Butta P, Jai, and V.Rose). Almost all these artist are on my CDs:cool:

He's just probably talking about the trajectory it sends you. I'm pretty sure krys held down for that move as well though. The second hit of wolf's usmash doesn't always send people that way, it's just a small portion of the hitbox.

Lol sees AR used in the mario mu...knows kira doesn't know the mu.

Wow kira needs to chill out mid match. So many obvious rolls he could of punished just by waiting...

WoI shenangians aren't AS useful vs mario as some.

Jab is godlike vs mario.

At least kira didn't get hit by genericmariosetup2000 retreat SH *insert action* fsmash.

I don't understand kira...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjATHd_lXbU&feature=related&t=4m27s was obviously baiting the action and then spotdodges when he had it...:p

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLAOni07_DY&feature=feedu

Fyre vs seibrik. She's too hard on herself irl imo. It kind of messes w/her game from what i saw.

Here's me being aggro and super-rolly against Seagull's wolf if anyone would like to critique it Wolf hates semi-aggressive pits :c
Ok, I saw this match a while back, but I rewatched it. Your DI is really good.

Alright Krystedez, since I love you bro and I know you want your Pit to improve, I will be real with you.

One thing that is always consistent with your Pit is that you jump around too much. Pit is not Wario, and he is unsafe in the air jumping around like you did especially vs wolf. I remember Rogue Pit saying a while back that if Wolf is bair pressuring you, wait for the first, and upair under the next. Seagull was not necessarily doing that, but thats a tip for you, also, you can shield or roll behind and punish.

Whenever you feel pressured, you roll! Don't roll so much bro. Pit's roll is great, but you got punished a few times for it.

I don't know how that chaingrab worked in the beginning. It shouldn't because Wolf can shine, but Seagull didn't know that, so keep using that to your advantage :p

Don't try for the arrow loops unless you they are in the air or you are setting up something. When you first tried, I believe you were going for a glide attack, but you got clobbered by Wolf's bair :/ Glide attack isn't great vs Wolf because of his bair, so try to use that move less.

Another thing is that I never see you using jabs. Jab is a fast move and way better for wiffing then f-smash which gets you punished. Use infinite jabs vs Wolf's shield because he can't grab it and sometimes shield stabs. Nair is good move to use vs Wolf because of his size, and also some dairs and d-tilts would have been good for spacing.

When Wolf was offstage, go for mirror shield gimps instead

Tried shining out. The cg is guaranteed, but has to be buffered I imagine. Doesn't matter on most stages, but Fd being the biggest stage made a slight difference. Good thing that :pit:'s grab range isn't exactly amazing.

Makes total sense, yea I got messed up from jumping around so much haha. Wolf has such good aerial mobility, fox is dangerous to land against, and Falco is just pressure times 20, so these are the few things I deal with when facing spacies.
Whenever you feel pressured, you roll! Don't roll so much bro. Pit's roll is great, but you got punished a few times for it.
Yea, I was a rollypolly Pit that day XD I dunno why, I think it was wifi doin it to me. I'll def. work on it next time.

Yea I believe Pit can buffer in regrabs after the 4th one, technically you can get 7 I think if you buffer the last one but I COULD be wrong, it takes heavy timing/concentration to even get 6 and I was PISSED I just took 70 percent LMAO.

You're right on the arrows. The glide attack only worked when I was facing his front not his back thankfully, but even then his range and aerial attack speed is effin hard to get in on before he throws them out.

Agh, I think you're so right thanks.

Not sure I suck at gimps with that but I'll try next time! XD

Yea, it's garunteed 3 regular, then 3 buffered for sure. the 7th one comes I think too but again has to be buffered.

I wish you didnt squeeze behind me on a lot of my punishes D:

Hello here is a couple videos of my Pit. I think I do okay against the DDD, i just make a couple mistakes that cost me big time because DDD is dumb. the second match is against a rob and this is a matchup that I do not know whatsoever. also the videos are kind of screwy at places but they eventually fix themselves

me (pit) vs. 4GOD (ddd) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QQB8Vw0-_0
me (pit/snake) vs. iPuff (ROB) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tyB6eX0PIyc (I play pit in the first round only)

It looks like you do a lot of punishable things.

Against DDD:

Don't use any moves that will be too laggy on shield.
Don't land in front of his shield because he likes to grab you, always land away from him
When he abuses spot dodges to not get hit by arrows his foot is exposed after his spotdodge animation so get the timing and aim for that rather than just spamming arrows
Work to get rid of all his jumps when he's offstage then attack with a fair or bair when he's at the top of his upb

Against ROB:
You did good with nairs
You need to watch out for his projectiles, especially the gyro. Just shield that and THEN continue to arrow.
You try too hard to get back on stage and get punished for it so take your time and use your jumps more wisely.

In general:
-You don't take advantage of flying under the stage with woi. It's a little risky vs ROB and in the ditto, but against most anyone else it's safe.
-Save your jumps because Pit is vulnerable when he's out and a smart opponent will be able to tell when you're forced to woi
-Arrow less on stage and work on getting reads with jabs, dash attack and dsmash
-Learn more oos options like usmash, grabbing, and woi because it can cancel moves sometimes
-You don't use fair/dair enough either, its a good spacing tool

edit:

alright, pull this **** apart. help me please. oh and near the end of match 1, i tried to mirror shield his up b twice as i landed, i know that was dumb.

0:15 holy shiz, Pit matrix dodge

0:38 Great kill throwing that out when you know he wants to land

1:06 You used all your jumps for like no reason lol. Gotta save those.

1:54 You shouldn't be throwing out fsmash at this point unless it's a guaranteed punish. Players down a stock are waiting for you to hit their shield so they can whip out kill moves so go for grabs rather than smashes.

2:02 On BF go to the top platform like tesh said since olimar's usmash doesn't hit there.

2:19 Getting hit by purples is what I hate most about olimar because they change momentum of the game just like that. Be sure to pay attention and powershield those.

3:21 Great edgehog.

4:27 Quick thinking, but bad reaction time on his part. Glair on olimar's shield isn't worth it when you're at kill percent.

4:55 Probably a buffered get up attack, but be careful when olimar spaces fsmash or grab when you're on the ledge.

6:30 Not worth it with olimar's grab range and bthrow.

In general you shouldn't use jab infinite or angel ring and just sit there with it. Use them for shield pressure like when you're already on top of him or else you get punished every time. Also whenever you got on stage and rolled behind him, he rolled behind you, but you didn't react to it so you're the one who got punished. Work on reaction time.

Maha. Going in was not your issue. In fact you only did well WHEN you went in. You were doing very well in incorporating aspects that many don't in that mu. So good job. Def. see improvement from your last vids.

Here, have a stupidly campy fight against Wario. I mean, it IS Tech_Chase... What did you expect? Haa, this is just terrible. xD

I wasn't my usual self during this match, so it isn't the best example, but it's all I got. x_x Looking back over it, I see a LOT of errors... A lot. So, why not send it to the experts and have them tear it to shreds even more? :D (Well, that's how you improve! Lol.)

Also: Thank you for your advice for this fight, Luckay, but sadly help on how to beat Dedede does not prove useful when your opponent is WARIO. :p

Well, I've only been in two tourneys so far, and though I've been trying to go to some Smashfests, I haven't had success yet... Though I have been practising regularly outside of that. So yeah, I guess you could consider me new.

Which I'm sure you could tell, what with this, erm, 'spectacular' performance... ^^;;
