Okay, not going to make it tonight (I'm employed now!), but will likely make it on Wednesday, and maybe Saturday for the sake of a bit of "press coverage". It all depends on when I'm at the station.

I had a really poor night of sleep, having fits and general agitation. I go ahead and rack my brain for any psych I know about sleep cycles and stuff, and I remember night terrors.
An example of this emotional trigger could be having to perform an impossible task (counting stars, counting the texture of dried paint, etc...) or an image of some sort such as the folds of a human brain.
