a persons ability cannot be measured simply by their tournament placements.

for example, phanna. he never really placed high in tournaments, or was a large contender in the scene, but he did bring so much to the metagame. hes an amazing player for what he did to the game, not how he placed.

Getting ***** by everyone isn't as much fun LOL, but yeah, it definitely helps you learn if you ask questions and try to figure out what happens.

Speaking of getting *****, let's not get ***** by Yoshiiscool or Sinensis again bros. They're coming this weekend and I'd rather they both didn't get top 5 or make it to finals again. Catfish represent and all that.

Yoshiiscool does indeed play Yoshi(and he's the best Yoshi in the world btw), and Sinensis mains Falco. Last time these two showed up to Duke Sinensis was in finals with me(beating Ali in losers finals) and Yoshiiscool made it top 5 I think.

When he FHs, he's probably gonna DJC.

When he recovers, he's gonna try to super armor his way through and hit you in the back.

His Fsmash has pullback.

DI away from combos.

He has no up-B.

im thinking of if i run into him fighting him like the other mario characters, they all escape combo's fairly easily so stick and move, and a Dthrow fsmash if im lucky to kill, or bait for a fsmash

im gonna feel bad getting killed by a dinosaur

Haha I actually lost to them both at that tournament but hilariously enough got 4th in the tournament, and Yoshi didn't make top 5 (put out by Sinensis). haha

EDIT: It's also kinda funny that Yoshi can super armor his way through or at least survive most meteors. The irony of killing a dinosaur with a meteor = pretty legit.

@Diakenshi: You can combo Yoshi really well, especially if he loses his double jump(so he doesn't DJC into your move or whatever it is Yoshi does with his other jump). Dthrow Fsmash wouldn't really work because of Yoshi's super armor on his DJ though, so you may want to wait that out and swat him offstage again before he has time to land. Just a guess.
