any tips on wut 2 expect

Shiz is still top 10 imo, but not as high up as he used to be maybe because he lets himself go.

We tried to(as a smash community) decide a possible top 20 before, and that thread didn't succeed, but it did give a general idea of who was up there.

I could maybe see SS as top 10. Mayyyybe.

i mean its pretty unanimous that mango and m2k are like at LEAST top 4

like top 3 is something like mango m2k armada just cause those guys are so strong, but it could change depending on who you talk 2 but those guys have to be in top 5 i feel

I feel like Hbox deserves to still be top 3 because of how much he has beaten m2k lately, and how he placed above Armada at Pound. Of course, I'd rather see Hbox play armada before I said he was better, but that's all I have to go on at the moment.

For me I'd say Mango Hbox Armada M2K/Amsah in terms of my own funny skill/placements requirements I use.

yea only reason i put m2k before HB is because m2k's been ****** hard for a long time and hbox just started beating him consistently, just lemme know if im wrong bout that

Well, usually people will say that the more recent sets matter. M2K has been losing to Armada and Hbox recently, so some people would say that M2K is worse than them.

You could also say that M2K knows so much about Melee and improves his style in such a way that makes him look like he should be beating people he loses to, but he squanders in tournament. This way of looking at things is usually frowned upon more when you're trying to have a serious discussion about who is better, but, in a way, it can still be right. After all, it is just opinion.

Discussions are pretty fun for me because I get to see how everyone else formed their opinions.

that said he doesnt so he wont be #1

mango is so ULTRA conservative playing that he's almost boring to watch but he rarely drops sets

I like to think of Mango's playstyle as a sort of confident conservative one. He executes well and chooses his moments quickly, but he makes sure he waits for the right one(more or less).

Armada seems pretty aggro for a Peach, but I can see what you're saying.

Reverse Fair CG? Maybe I have and just don't know that's what I'm supposed to call it lol.
