I do kick boxing or Muay Thai when I can, when I was in Thailand was fortunate enough to have a session with some pretty pro trainers there. :]

I did Muay Thai boxing for about 7 months when I was in my last year of high school and do kick boxing group classes now just for a bit more exercise. :]

I had one go at Tae kwon do and hated it. I just wanna hit stuff yo.

I do TKD. :D Black belt and all.

Then I hurt myself too many times and now I just sit on the black belt pannel and grade belt tests. Haha.

I once fought two 3rd degree black belts in TKD.

That was fun.
