I can't stop the saltiness, sorry. It's a by product of the cop checking my match vs kantrip.

Especially when the two actions seemed a bit stupid, that's what got me mad. I was thinking "Maybe he has a pattern" and that is why I was thinking indy/invidual wincons (or w/e they are).

I'll concede the indy point. I'll look at the cop pm more thoroughly later.

It's a good possibility, but we still can consider the possibility of him simply following his own wincons. It's really hard to tell if the cop chose a match for an individual person, when both of his actions contained two obvtownies. (me/wott) vs (xonar/kantrip) when there are better and safer choices to choose from. Obviously we can tell the cop wasn't really considering the matches and how the scoring was going down. I was on the ****ing ball. But not anymore.

I'm not going to release whether I have cheated or not in the future, and I'll try to convince Joey to do so as well. You can argue why I should, I'll listen.

Soup's...interesting. I don't mind him overall but certain aspects of his play keep nagging at me, like auto-dropping the information he has about Terra or the fact that he was appealing for trust early in the game. Every time I think I might be able to trust him, he seemingly goes full ****** and breaks it almost immediately and I don't like that.

When did this come to mind to you? I thought you had a townie read on him. Just wondering how you started to change your mind here.

Mmm, not liking how this post sounds. Regardless of your 'gut' on him. It just sounds like you want to distrust him because you have to, as scum. This also shows through your earlier actions when you asked me about him possibly scum with soup. You were trying to get a pairing on him, and not really trying to talk about anything else.

This is what I'm worried about as well. On the one hand, I have no reason to distrust that particular information and yet I still can't make sense of it. I'd wonder if tomfoolery existed but in this event, it shouldn't, should it? There's nothing in this game to allow for that?

Assuming the content of the message from Rake is accurate/true, than we can assume that mafia either had a reason to target him or none at all. I have had a role in Fire Emblem mafia, that was similar. Some journalist role. It was pretty weak. All I could do was write a journal entry, it didn't really do much.

Now if they HAD a reason to target Rake, that would mean they thought he was mafia. In this case the contents of the message wouldn't be presented publicly, and would therefore be in null territory for us. Or they might have targetted him to mess with town, (Even though it's most likely a null, we are still here thinking about it, and Rake is using it to try to clear himself, which gives more content, but not much that you can really READ from) since no one really likes him (within reason). This would make more sense if their role was weak and useless in the case of confusing or for the **** of it. I'm going to assume the text message is only one way, since it wouldn't really make sense for it to be two-way, because then it'd allow scum-to-scum communication if they were both scum. Unless you guys have reasons to think otherwise.

This is assuming the message actually SAID that. It's still possible rake is scum who got a message telling him what to do, like lying about the contents of it.

Also, leading off of my other post, if every player in the game agreed to cooperate accordingly, and we worked off of a hierarchy, we would have a really good game plan going into the tournament after removals/seeding/etc are taken into account.

You go against someone who is tiered above you, you let them win so our towniest players advance. Refusal means you get whatever that mechanic is we do to people in days for cycle 2 that ****s them over.
