Well, time to get crackin' and catch up those 200 posts he's got over me.

Really? I don't know, I think Kirby and the Amazing Mirror was pretty good too, with it's exploration and such.
Kirby & The Amazing Mirror is a great Kirby game, with the best Co-Op, takes a while to complete 100%, and exploring different worlds. But there are other Kirby games that perform much better over all. I still say that Kirby Adventure is the best Kirby game because how big of a change it was from Dreamland, and much funner levels and boss battles. Super Star is great to, it provided the best gameplay. My list is still the same:

☯ Kirby Adventure/Nightmare In Dreamland > Kirby Super Star/Ultra > Kirby's Epic Yarn > Kirby Canvas Curse > Kirby Dreamland 2 > Kirby & The Amazing Mirror > Kirby Squeak Squad > Kirby Dreamland 3 > Kirby Dreamland > Kirby 64 The Crystal Shards
is there a Crouch thread?

which shows every move/grab kirby dodges by crouching?
Mind as well link you to the thread. =P

I have not posted in this thread for over a year. I am 23rd in total post count for this thread. Hmmm...you guys have been lazy since I left.

;)
You're looking at the wrong people then.

I jumped mad far on that list, and I'm using this post to jump even further too! :awesome:

What's up MK26?

I think it's really really really really stupid that people are arguing endlessly about something that has essentially not changed at all; The only change from before is that some TOs have agreeing to unify their stagelists. The TOs aren't changing the stagelists to anything that hasn't been seen before, and they aren't forcing people to use their rulesets anymore than the Nationals/Regionals already did force that change for smaller tourneys.

What people seem to be arguing about is a fundamental difference of views on how much stages should affect the game, and no amount of arguing/debating is EVER going to change those viewpoints for the vast majority of participants. BPC/Raziek can keep spewing their **** until the end of time, but it's not going to matter because of that. The National TOs have been running tourneys big enough and for long enough to, IMO, find a suitable balance between what is competitive, and what is optimal for a healthy community. And that is what's important, not just being what is the most competitive, which is something that the pro-stagers just can't seem to grasp.

tl;dr: keep trolling JoWii, it's funny and it's not going to be any more detrimental to progress that the rest of the **** in there is. (ie: not at all)_

Lies, Oro. I'm in the BBR, and I know hup-cancelling is too legit.

@ JoWii's trolling: As long as you're not breaking rules in the Kirby forums I have no reason to scold you. And yep, that's pretty useless debating there, which is why I just went in and chimed like 3 times telling people to calm down, that it will be the norm for them before they know it. ;)

@ T-nuts: It's been a while! And we actually went UP this time. We were #16 before, and now we're #15! That's a decent step ahead for us. I'm complaining about ZSS in high tier, but she'll go back down soon enough.

I was salty about the rule set first, then I read some posts in the BBR, and now I don't care at all. The most that I'll say about that is that I'm all for a unified ruleset, I just think that this push that's being made should not have been made this early in time. It doesn't matter for me though, because the stage list is bigger than Puerto Rico's stage list, so if we were to adopt it, it would actually be a good thing.

Agreed, Twinkie. It won't affect the people who dislike playing on out-of-the-ordinary stages either, since they'll still choose their favorites anyway, like me and BF.

Twink: ah, life, school, the usual. It appears Brawl+ died while I was on hiatus and that made me sad.
And if AZ had started that thread with "the five of us have standardized our stage lists" rather than "yeah, the bbr sucks and this is the new official stage list *raises double middle finger to world*", like half of that thread wouldn'tve happened...
I see your name has become decidedly redder. Congrats on that.

Oro/Kewk: why do we come up with the worst names for ATs? hup-canceling? Seriously? It'd better be really awesome to make up for such a **** name...

JoWii your trolling disappoints me :(
Stage debaters are too easy targets for trolls
Go pick on someone more difficult to pick on and leave us alone...:(

I've should had known, Kirby is known to beat everything, just add Plasma Kirby color. =D

I wish there was a Mirror Kirby color so he would be more broken, but oh well. XD

I think the pro-stage guys are more important than you think, no matter how few and/or credible people think we are.
Actually, you're wrong. Nice opinion, but you're wrong. Maybe back when Brawl was first kicking off, but now? Not a chance.

Errrr.. um... I'll just leave it at that.

Not in the mood to really argue, and especially not in the KGD. I'll agree to disagree for now.

:'( I'm sorry Twinkie. I forget where I am sometimes. /endsTrollMode

The stage guys were useful back when ppl weren't sure what was competitive and what was bannable. Once we knew what was what, they were still useful because testing needed to be done and tournaments still had the opportunity to collect data on what ppl liked/disliked. It's now almost 2011, stage discussion is beyond necessary. It may be interesting to some, and in some areas that have underdeveloped scenes it's still useful, but it's not necessary anymore.

Edit: But we can agree to disagree.
