The ??? is usually around 5 or 6 am.

If 11 hours of smash is too little for you, I'm sorry. I can't do much better.

I'm guessing his concern is him having to work at 5:30 am and him wanting to get some sleep beforehand. But I did just find out I can't go anyways. Pre-transplant workup is a *****, but I'd rather get healthy, that way I can smash more in the future.

A choice between smash and pre-transplant prep isn't even a choice, get healthy and you'll have all the time in the world to smash with us.
