So upon further research I'd say DDD will probably go back to being top tier just like in 08. After the MK ban, he won't have any bad Match ups.

He definitely beats Pikachu, and now that MK is gone, we can take him to brinstar so we win in ters of CPs and neutrals.

Stomps on Falco, lives until 250 and has many great stages like Brinstar, Delfino and RC.

We infinite Diddy so that MU is easy. NOt to mention Diddy can't kill.

He beats Olimar cuz all you have to do to beat Olimar is gimp him. Serious.

Dominates ICs. You can separate them easily and look at the size of their hammers. Nuff said.
