Seriously. JDM's tournaments embody everything that is good about the Melee community. And he uses his venue fee to buy us food, how awesome is that. As Zhu so accurately stated, "Any other weekend we'd pay $5 for a poorly run tournament."

that was for the teams pool thing, then me and zhu played connor and p and we beat then for first place
and maple beat fabian but had to go so forfeited after he won
and force of asia, i didn't realize you're falco was going to be that good, i underestimated you from like that one match we played on thursday, next time though, our set won't be as crazy
and fabian, ridiculous peach dittos that went down to the last hit of the last stock... i can't believe macd blends... it was a sad day once i found that out
EDIT: even JDM's mom helped make the tourny good, i was going to play at a station but a lamp and some heater or something was in the way so she moved them out of the way and gave me a chair to sit in so i could play teams, it's too bad your house is small JDM, best tournies ever happen there, well except for the small size of them

i was sick as a dog at this tourny, but it's a testament to how good this tourny was despite the small size that i wasn't as miserable as i felt
toward the end i was more of a ***** but i often am when i wake up and i was still tired as **** so forgive me kira and macd. though you should take my frustration as a compliment kira. don't worry i'm well on my way towards keeping myself focused and figuring you (and everyone else) out
teams finals was a blast, but i couldn't believe how much energy it took out of me! it's so hard to focus like that in this game! i was DEAD after them. i need to meditate more.
if this isn't enough to get me off the PR though, nothing will be

Zhu - you are my smash inspiration. i'm gonna mm your fox and falco at every tournament from now on (as long as i'm not dead broke), so you'll always know you get a free $4 or $6 from me.

P - stop letting up! focus focus focus. play carefully and confidently and take no prisoners.
fabian - if you're serious about getting better you do have some potential. just get used to aggression -- you're peach, you're always gonna be facing it. you have to be better at defense than they are at offense. good mentality though, glad you showed up =)

azn force, i had fun doing teams at the end, it's always fun to play teams and shout at you're partner... then have little connor next to me shouting back me even though he's on the other team
and i thought it over and it seems like when i team with zhu i'm just kinda in the back helping out not much, but when i was teaming with people like azn force, i could/had to be a little more agressive

...I was wondering why you left your money clip out in the open and I said "wtf, P left his money clip outside" then someone (I forgot) says "the melee community is cool and doesn't steal" or something along those lines.

nah i knew my money clip fell to the floor, but multi tasking while you're counting money is bad. i was counting my money to make sure it was there cause i know i left it on the table when i passed out. i counted it at least three times because i am anal retentive, and then i put it away after you handed me the clip. so i have no idea how i could've lost it but i guess **** happens -shrugs-

i once took a nap at a tourny with my cellphone laying on my chest
i woke up and it was gone
joe took it and gave it to thomasexy who took pictures of his *** and so when they returned it i had a screensaver of a pale ***
i never leave my **** out at tournies now

Yeah, I get paranoid too. After every match I always have to check if my wallet/phone and keys are still with me. Just can't help it.
