I've grown tired of the "Melee is better, Brawl sucks, Melee vs Brawl" garbage.

You are missing my point by a ****ing mile. Melee top tiers do not have the same gap that Brawl top tiers have, and can actually heavily punish the top tiers, something Brawl high tiers can't do for **** in most cases, because the game is pretty much just option select where you trade hits.
The only Brawl top tier than is leaps and bounds above the others is MK.

The rest aren't even as high as your making them sound. You can punish top tiers pretty badly in Brawl if you know what your doing.

Snake? Get him in the air for juggles or off stage.

Diddy? Get him without banana's and his options go down.

Falco? Get him to commit to a kill move and punish, or catch him out of phantasm.

Fighting games are option selections, if you can't tell that by now you need to rethink how you evaluate games.

Super Smash brothers Brawl? That doesn't exist!
It's Super Smash Bros.,
Then Super Smash Bros. Melee
Then Sub-par Rough-Housing Acquaintances.

You can argue all day about how what character has more options in which game, but guess what?

It changes nothing.

...Kansas needs more official tournaments ***dammit.

congratulations Ryu. you started a great example of the very flamewar that pisses you off lol.

America will always think Iraq has terrorists, Terrorists will always think America terrorises Iraq.

same thing for christians and muslims

same thing for any sort of conflict on any topic in the world.

why bother arguing? its only going to last until everybody loses interest which could take some time.
Better yet, everybody should stop posting here for the purpose of arguing and go play their favourite Super smash bros game.

btw guys, this was a vent blog. i don't think their was any need to reply.

This is a pretty big topic going on amongst both groups of players, so obviously people would respond.

But that's just it. The topic isn't going on anymore! We had that 8 or 9 month period after brawl was released where the melee fanboys would go over to GBD and bash brawl fanboys, but that doesn't happen very often anymore.

Sure, each side has outliers (Xyro, ICG), but they're mostly irrelevant. The huge "barwl sucks" garbage simply is not widespread. We all hate the debates, but just learn to grow up and ignore them.

One day smash fans will coexist as one and play videogames together.
LOL

That's what was meant to happen when black people were granted equal rights in the 60s.
