I almost tried out for the Scouts, but no t-bones in DCI unfortunately, and I don't think my baritone is good enough (but I did have the snare section leader say I would pass the marching drill portion )

Never you "Shiver me timbers" as a pick up line. Not only is it corny, but to shiver someone's timbers was to blow their mast into tiny splinters. I don't know about you guys but that doesn't sound fun.
