Infinite Counter?

I'm not sure if someone has found this yet, so here it is:

On a custom stage with a spring on, jump onto the spring and as you're about to land press Down+B, you Counter but once on the spring keep spamming Down+B and you should keep instantly repeating Counter making Marth invincible.

Is it new?

i dont know if its new but there arent any stages with springs so its pretty useless. nice discovery though

Old news. There was a thread that found all of the effects that springs do. For those unaware, Sonic does drop a spring from his Up+B. Team play with him results in some interesting situations.

No, not really new. I do this to sonic's spring for ****s and giggles.
Its a little old, there are a couple of characters that can do weird stuff with springs, you just need a move that can stop your momentum / change it.

Pictochat is a counterpick in my state. Although with like 40 something random stage changes, betting on getting the spring one is only slightly higher than getting someone in a tourney to money match you to see who can dance the "Motteke! Seeraa Fuku" better.

IMHO, chances are kinda slim, but very well possible.

i found this out when i was playing on picto chat with G&W's down air that auto fast falls u onto the spring again.. basically the same thing but its much easyer to time
