I used to play fox and play Corneria a lot and do the whole run and spam lasers, dash attacks, and fsmash/usmash thing. And I've always hated Hyrule Temple and to spite my friends I'd either camp the bottom, or run and keep shooting lasers. Boy I lol'ed when I found out it was banned partly for that reason.

i remember i could never beat race to the finish. i was sad and just kept beating classic up until that point then quit if i didn't get to the end.

in the EARLLLLLY days i played roy (fire, duh) and falco.

i was the best amongst my friends for my "combos" on corneria. those combos consisted of being of the right side of the stage and mindlessly spamming the c-stick.

still play falco, but a little bit differently ;]

I loved spaming jigg's D-air rest combos. And somrtimes U-tilt rest. With all the other characters I would just use dash attacks when I was really n00bish lol.
Dash-attacks and jab combos were all I used if I want playing as puff or link
