Geno is my favorite FF7 party member.- Silver. Yeah, Shadow is cool, but think to yourself how cathartic it would be to chuck people all over the stage while yelling “it’s no use!”
- If it has to be Classic series, then Proto Man. If not, then Zero. Hell, his assist trophy almost has a whole moveset.
- Alucard. There is no other option (although Julius would be funny just to annoy people).
- Can I say Geno? He is technically Square Enix.
- Master Bison. There’s still not enough villains in Smash, and this guy is one of the best.
- Preferably nobody, but if I had to pick, Rodin.
- Either Big Boss as an Echo or Raiden. There aren’t really any other options.
Wabble deeTitle says it all folks. If you could choose another character from the 3rd party series already in Smash, who would you choose? We'll count Persona as well. If you can't think of anyone to add, just say "I don't know" or something.
- Mega Man: Zero easily. No contest.
- PAC-MAN: No Comment.
- Metal Gear Solid: Raiden, but as he is in MGS4. My idea for Raiden is that he's an amalgamation of all of his appearances throughout the series. He'd borrow some moves from Snake, life his Side Special and Up Special, but he also has some moves from MGS Rising, while having his apperance from MGS4. So in other words, he's a semi-clone.
- Street Fighter: My girl Chun Li. No futher explination needed.
- Final Fantasy: Assuming Square Enix won't be a total A-hole with copyright, I'd go for either Cecil or Terra. I would also give a mention to Noctis as I like his teleportation and multiple weapons skill.
- Bayonetta: No Comment.
- Castlevania: Extremely tough call between Alucard and Soma Cruz, but I'd probably add Soma.
- Persona: Minato Arisato, or the P3 protagonist. Best Persona game gets represented by the best protagonist.
I think you could squeeze in Soma as Alucard's Echo.I’m gonna do something a bit different and have both a unique newcomer and a new echo for each, if possible.
Metal Gear: Don’t know much about the series at all, but I’d say Raiden as unique and Big Boss as a Snake Echo, that works right?
Sonic: Dr Eggman as the unique for sure, he definitely deserves it the most. As for the echo, I’ve gotta day Shadow, he got snubbed so hard this game
Megaman: Zero as the unique, and, I think this would work, Protoman as the echo
Pacman: This is tough, obviously Mrs Pacman would be an easy echo with different fruit, and as for the unique, the only thing I can really imagine is the ghosts themselves acting as a sort of hive-mind fighter, could be cool
Street Fighter: Chun-Li would make for a unique newcomer, and Akuma I think could work as another ryu echo
Final Fantasy: SSF2 has shown how awesome Black Mage could be, so he’s the unique here. The only echo I think could work at all is Zach Fair, so he goes here too
Bayonetta: From what very little I know of the series, I think jeanne would be an easy echo, and Rodin could maybe work as a unique/semi-clone?
Castlevania: The unique I think would have to be Alucard, such an iconic character. As for the echo I honestly have no idea, maybe some other Belmont?
Persona: I know so little of the series that I’m honestly not going to try here
Thoughts?
I don't think there's a character named Misuki in Persona. Also it's not confirmed that we'll get a Dragon Quest character.Persona: Misuki
Dragon Quest?: Dragonlord / Eight if he isn't an alt.
Crap, I meant to say Kasumi (the new character in the Royal).I don't think there's a character named Misuki in Persona. Also it's not confirmed that we'll get a Dragon Quest character.
